TOPIC: Webbing Reduction Procedure

Webbing Reduction Procedure 8 years 1 month ago #1294201632

I have this webbing and should understand! I can imagine dealing with PMMA in the testicles but can\'t imagine how it would migrate (blood, lymph or gravity?). Dr Oates does not think it\'s so great a problem and for me it won\'t be. Thanks for the thread, I learnt quite some from it although I\'d love to have known if so many people who\'ve done PMMA did mention a problem with webbing ...

Bumping this to see if anyone has any experience with Dr. Karen Boyle.

I really want to work on length (3/4 Inch is all I\'m asking) and I\'d love to knock both out at same time.

More than likely some H.A. months after.

Yes, you can do both at the same time. In fact, I would recommend it. The only reason I\'m not doing it is because I need more Girth before getting the lig cut.

I\'ve read so many mixed things on the lig cut, I never wanted to go through with that type of thing personally. I have used traction devices on and off over many years and can get 1/2\" more from that (varies of course - but with constant use, it\'s not a bad approach) or even Cialis can help give a little boost there. My length was always around 6\" or maybe a little more, so I wasn\'t that unhappy in that aspect to want to get surgery with the ligaments. It was always the Girth that bothered me. The scrotal webbing only bothered me once it got tethered and very tight. But cosmetically, it was normal my whole life pretty much, which I consider my length to be. If the lig cut could give me 1/2\" more ... I don\'t think it\'s worth it for the price and risk (just my own feeling of 6\" which is fine). Plus, my penis has been through too much!

It wasn\'t like the big flag waving in the wind type of web - just too far up. And tight.

Docs seem to describe it as simple for some reason, yea.. not sure exactly why (there is a lot of blood in the area, he mentioned - which makes it a little complicated). There was no pain really. So, that part is good...maybe 1-2 days discomfort. If you have this and it is bothering you, you should be happy with the result. The skin is a bit unusual there, so they will bury Sutures and also do some external Sutures most likely. The only thing that hurt was removing the Sutures from the new junction of the penis/Balls... ouch.

Interesting. From what you\'re describing, it sounds like we might be talking about different types of webbing. Mine is a penalscrotal web, which basically just means that the scrotal sack attaches higher up the penis rather than towards the base. I don\'t anticipate that this procedure will affect the glans or my length at all. It\'s just moving the scrotal sack from the head to the base, where it\'s supposed to be. From what you indicated, it sounds like you\'re talking about a Frenulum web, but I\'m not entirely sure.

Glad to know you\'re happy with the procedure though. I know I want to do it no matter what. I just am not sure what physician I want to do it with. It seems like a pretty simple procedure, so I\'m not as concerned with it as I would be a PMMA or lig cut procedure.

I had this done at the end of August because the tightness was extreme due to skin Removal (from PMMA removals that went badly, necessitating large skin removals). I am pretty happy with it... even at this stage which is early in the time frame. It takes several months to be 100%. It isn\'t quite \"round\" as much as it was before...in the front... it\'s more like diamond shaped. I can\'t explain it. I don\'t think someone else would notice...maybe they would. It looked kind of like pussy lips for a month in the front (I am seriously not kidding). I can\'t take the best pics of it now, but I\'ll try to take some pics at some point if people are interested.

It didn\'t particularly \"add length\" but it helped the underside be as long as the top (which was being restricted due to my Balls coming up so far). The web itself wasn\'t that bad...it was more that it was pulling up my Balls which was the problem. Some guys have really huge webs. So, by putting the web flat against the shaft and Balls, this made things much better. There\'s still a little weird lump on my Balls where the incision ends, and I think this is permanent. There\'s a smaller lump on the underside of the shaft like this. In the first few weeks, the whole incision was very large and raised but that flattens. The hair also now grows directly around the underside of my shaft, which I guess it always did - but now there\'s no web so it looks really different (too hairy for the base of a shaft). I might have to get electrolysis or something. TBD on that. (I did some pre-op for only $80 and was surprised at how effective it was - still minimal regrowth in the treated area...crazy...bring EMLA though!).

My fee setup was a little complicated because it was in the hospital (very expensive) but also accepted to be a functional issue (insurance paid).

I see where you\'re coming from, and agree that stretching could make it worse. However, I have a pretty severe web and I don\'t think any amount of stretching could make it fully return (unless I had amazing gains, in which case, bring it on). I\'m also of the opinion that Girth should be done prior to length (depending on your original Girth). In my case, Girth is needed for length stretching. So my procedures will have to go 1. Webbing 2. PMMA 3. Lig.

I am thinking the exact same but webbing and lig done at same time if possible. Both with Alter.

Can you please explain his thoughts on procedure?
The webbing reduction just gives the illusion of longer shaft correct?
I have moderate webbing and larger testicles so I\'m strongly considering.

Thanks

But my stance on stretching, Hanging, pumping, etc. post/prior to having reduction surgery stands. Like I said, just my opinion.

Respectfully, you\'re exactly wrong. Especially when it comes to a filler. Not sure if you have a webbing, but as someone who does, you can tell just from a logical standpoint that if you inject filler into someone with a web, there\'s a solid chance that it can get displaced and end up in the scrotal sack. Even Dr. C\'s own website states with respect to PMMA injections in individuals with excess webbing that special measures have to be taken to make sure the PMMA doesn\'t escape into the scrotum and that, \"Surgical Removal (ventral Phalloplasty) of the excess skin is recommended for a more stable implant.\" Moreover, as evidenced by other discussions on the board, cells may not heal properly after PMMA injections if you then try to excise skin from the shaft because of the foreign substance in the penis. Also, in terms of lengthening, Hanging with an LG Hanger with a web is also difficult because the web causes air to escape and the vacuum seal to break.

I\'m definitely going to do it first. I just want to know if anyone has experience with any other physicians.

Let me say that doing this first, in my opinion, is a mistake. You want to do any lengthening, stretching, filler, etc. prior to having the webbing done.
