Hi There,

I am currently in touch with Dr. Greenwald from Florida and considering doing the Radiesse temporary filler treatment. He recommends 6 cc for the first time while Dr. C in Mexico recommends 12 cc on average. I think I prefer the less cc route as it probably will be more natural and safer.

Not sure how much growth to expect from this or what the costs are but I should find out more soon and will post this as I go.

For now:

I have had excellent results with Girth enhancement using a filler called Radiesse. With this technique patients have gotten 30% increase in Girth and, when Flaccid, about an Inch of length (the penis doesn\'t contract as much when there is filler in place; Erect length doesn\'t change). The first treatment is with 6 cc of material. Most men resume sexual activity within 3 days; massage is used if there are lumps/bumps. About half of my patients return after 6-8 weeks for more volume for an even greater effect. The results are reliable and the risk is extremely low. Uncircumcised men have no problems with the procedure; the glans is not touched and there are no good options for this area. I have not seen a reaction with this medication.
Anyone had this treatment done? Would be great to get some feedback. Whether positive or negative.

Cheers

So I had the two syringes with Dr. G., $2,400. I was 4.5 Inch circumference, went to 5 with the swelling and settled in at 4.7 to 4 3/4 Inch. 5 was great, what a let down to decrease a quarter Inch Immediately after procdure (24 hours) had a lot of bruising/swelling on one side, Dr. G. said I was unfortunate, bruising occurs iin about 5% of cases. Also after about two weeks developed nodules, opposite the bruising side. Scheduled a follow up with Dr G regarding the nodules, he said to massage and will go away in 6 months (6 months now and no change). Also said next time he\'d use double the lidocaine, apparently given my reaction the greater dilution decreases the chance of nodules. Also said he could layer the filler to smooth the lumps. I have not gone back for a second procedure, but even though not happy with first procedure am seriously considering - I want to be 5. Anyway, Dr G. is sold on Radiasse - pointed to his own face and noted its duration of 2 years plus, he indicated the HAs last 4 months, we never discussed PMMA. Any thoughts/suggestions, or questions

I know we need to pay for good quality product injected into our bodies, but why not use Macrolane which should be a lot cheaper, yet I didn\'t see any information convincing me that it should be an inferior product. On the opposite.

I have been reading on the boards here for quite some time. And have gone back and forth on the PMMA decision. In the last week, I\'ve decided 100% to do a temp filler and see how that goes. Then make further decisions from that point.

It seems like people on this board want it both ways. Everyone is sketched out by the Dr. in NY that does \"walk in\'s\" and maybe his office isn\'t as nice, but his price is good. Then you contact someone who takes appointments (Dr. Greenwald) has a high end office in Florida, and you bitch about their prices.

You are taking a very short sighted view here. You are looking at the \"cost\" of the product and trashing the Dr.\'s because of their crazy profit margins. WTF? You have ONE Dick. One. You aren\'t buying product here people, this isn\'t ordering shit online. Someone is taking a sharp instrument and injecting stuff into your Dick. Do you want the cheapest? Or do you want the best? You are paying for the application of the product, that\'s really what you are buying.

(however, I\'m not saying that the guy who charges the most is always the best... do your research)

Food for thought.

Carry on.

Are you saying in the first treatment he gives two doses of 3 cc totaling 6 cc or 3 cc in total? As he mentioned to me 6 cc for the first treatment.

Thanks

I Did not ask for any fees yet I should mention as I am travelling and I am waiting to be back home before making the call.

Has anyone on the forum undergone treatment with Dr. Greenwald yet?

Make sure you get value for your money, because if he quotes you something like $500 for 1cc of Radiesse, you can get much better value for that money with one of the good quality HA fillers. Just my opinion. I would go for Radiesse strictly on the price factor. Otherwise, it\'s short lasting and it can\'t be dissolved like HA if it lumps up, so I can\'t see its advantages over HA. Maybe there are, I just don\'t know about them.

Where in FL is he located?
I\'m sure is at least $500 per cc so you are looking at $3k for a temp filler.
I had it injected on my temples and after 8 months is gone and have to redo.
I wish he did HA on glans since I\'m also in FL

I went to dr. Grenewald first to see if I would like the filler. It is a very expensive route if you decide to do every year. I liked dr G, he is a true specilist as he does a lot of cosemtic surgery including Transgender. It cost me $2,400 for first procedure. I thought the filler was a bit hard but liked the change and rent with dr. Loria for a more permanent filler. Just did my third procedure last Thursday in Miami with dr. Loria. Dr. G does not suggest the permanent fillers as they are difficult to undo if you are unhappy.
