Sometimes I see these posts and am confused. Too me doesnt look like a big deal.. it\'s bigger at the top, isn\'t that a good thing? I bet she/he loves it. As long as the result doesn\'t infect and look like a sore- herpes or whatever, you can easily play off what yours looks like as an asymetrical penis. Does it hurt? What am I missing.. Your concern is just aesthetics right? It\'s a big piece guy, be happy! What was your overall increase in size from pre surgery to these pics?

Looks like you\'re Circumcised, read that results are worse with Circumcised penises. Did he use a cannula or needles?
