No, I understand now why you posted it. I think it\'s better it\'s up so people can see how unscrupulous some people can be. There is even a hint as to who may be behind the postings in the very link itself. Not surprising.

For those much newer to the forum, this forum has had a history with a few characters in the past. While we are accepting, heck, inviting of all info pertaining to doctors & methods, we will not tolerate those who wish to shill or manipulate the forum for personal gain/profit. In the past we\'ve caught doctors engaging in unethical tactics and we\'ve called them out for it, only ticking them off even more. This is why less than a handful of crooks continue to \"hate\" on this site... they can\'t stand not being able to manipulate the one medium that\'s regarded as the most comprehensive site regarding Phalloplasty.

This field has a long dirty history, and is arguably the least respected field in medicine given that it has almost always done more harm than good.

Why do people say this nonsense? There are negative experiences and complications posted here about Avanti, and S.O. has not removed or edited any of them. They never have been since day one. This is so stupid.

Also if you read the genesis of the forum with PMMA going back to the original PhalloBoards, you can see how people were very uncertain about the whole thing and how it slowly unfolded over quite a long period of time. It wasn\'t S.O. who started convincing people overnight to start going there. The process was very slow - unfolding over years. Dr. C only did a few guys a month in the early days. Mostly, he was doing facial filler.
