The more an area has movement, the faster the HA filler dissolves and because you are always using your willy, pissing, wanking , lying on it e.t.c it won\'t last long. The less movement an area has, the longer it will last ( under the eyes) compared to a place like cheek or lips.

It you have a fast metabolisms, the filler will dissolve really fast. For example I have a friend who has facial fillers. A filler that normally last a normal person like 9 months, she has nothing left at 4 months. So if you are skinny and can\'t put on weight, the filler won\'t last long compared to a natural chubby person. And i don\'t know what metabolism has to do with it just is.

Saying a HA filler in the penis can last 2 years is complete bulls***t, trust me it would be gone in months! I have a friend who had macrolane in his willy, which is said to last 12-18 months ( which has proven to be bull by a lot of women and men) only lasted 5 months ( at 3 months he lost a lot of volume).


Another thing to add, HA under penile skin would shift within hours and bunch up, HA moves around. You would need not to touch, move, lie on your penis for afew days which would be impossible.

If HA lasted 2 years, many clinics would be doing HA fillers on the penis and the would be a lot of review on internet. Even I would opt for HA if it lasted two years cause it would be safer.

We dont have 2 yrs experience with Voluma yet but do have over 12 mths. It seems that we are doing well at that time. One reason that clinics have not been doing HA for PE is that it is so expensive. And Voluma - which seems to last the longest, is the most expensive. And you need to use big volumes.

When we started trialling HA we were confidently informed that we will not find guys willing to pay what it was going to cost. Even though with large volume discount we charge about half/ml than we do on the face.

Plus there is no support from the manufacturers and no training. But that will all change soon. We will be launch \"Calibre\" our branding of microcannula HA PE nationally and then will start doing training for doctors internationally probably a year later.

So soon there probably will be lots of doctors offering HA PE. Price will drop with competition. It will become like a woman getting breast augmentation and lose a lot of the stigma it currently has.

Ha to the penis is not easy to get a perfect result. But it is an easy procedure to have. And very safe. And our results have been good and getting better. It does not move anywhere near as much as you seem to think.

member needed 18mls for a gain of 0.5\" If I need 1.0\", can a volume of 25 to 30mls be injected in one go? Two or more trips to Australia is prohibitive ...

Dr Oates is there a way we can get more then just 15ml?

Personally I think if you want more than 15ml it be better to go for Ellanse

i think optimally one would come back in a couple of weeks after swelling in gone and u could better c the aesthetics for the optimal effects.

I don\'t think it would really be worth having more than 15ml because as with all non stimulatory fillers the more you have the more likely it is to move around in your shaft.
Also, Ellanse lasts a lot longer.

We get about 1\" increase Flaccid with 15ml, 0.5\" Erect. We prefer to inject 15ml in a session. We prefer to do 2 sessions even for the 15 ml. For travellers we have done 15ml and another 5ml 5 days later. Eventually this will be available in the UK.

Ellanse, unfortunately, is way more expensive (here in Australia) than even Voluma. We have really only just started to trial it. It may be something we start to offer routinely once we are happy with it as a premium service. but we really need to negotiate with the supplier and get a big discount.

I would not want to inject more than 15ml of Ellanse in a go, but think it would be OK to inject over a number of sessions. I dont think Ellanse would move around more (maybe even as much as) HA.

How much exactly would it costs in usd?

Just to clarify, that\'s e exactly what I was saying, I think Ellanse would be less likely to move around.
I think your technique of applying a small amount at time shows how attentive and skillful you are, in my opinion applying a small ammount at a time is the best and most responsible method.
I just thought that in Indiano\'s case Ellanse maybe a better option because he lives in NY and that would mean coming to Australia for a top up maybe every 3 years rather than every year like he would have to if he had HA.

This is completley in contrast to what Dr O says that HA can last about two years or at least 1.5 years.

So confusing.

The doc himself agreed that it will take some time to confirm the durability as his experience is not yet enough to sdvice on this. Take a concensus on the many different experiences and opinions of guys and be guided by it. One person\'s opinion is not enough to doubt a practitioner ...
