pmma length loss question (and collagen stimulation question) 8 years 5 months ago #1292392535

hi guys. long-time lurker here, have read loads of stuff, and i just want to say that i think this forum is amazing. i\'m impressed with everyone who crossed over and got something done, everyone who contributes here by writing up their report, and i\'m also impressed with the mods and their forum. so fucking bravo!

my head is spinning having read loads of threads so i thought i\'d just jump in and ask a couple of questions that for me right now stand out. PMMA is an interesting prospect. but is it me or there a number of cases of length loss? perhaps i\'m overly signifying the length-loss cases (it is a scary prospect) but i thought that anyway we could maybe talk about it and if it is the case that length loss is a possible outcome, suggest reasons. it would be great if threads were continually updated but what can you do? i\'m of the opinion that people who don\'t update are pleased with their results. any thoughts on that?

also i just wanted to ask about collagen stimulation. the variations in people\'s post-PMMA increase are many and to some extent you never know what kind of increase you\'ll get. for some reason, i\'ve come away with the idea that collagen stimulation is bigger on the first round when your body isnt used to the PMMA at all. is this just b/s layman intuition or is there something in it?

I emailed Wade from Dr. Casavantes office, and he said you may have a temporary loss of length due to inflammation in the ligaments post procedure. He said the length will come back on its own in time.

Many people here have felt the need to manually stretch to regain lost length faster. I personally would trade a quarter Inch of length for an Inch in Girth any day, and I\'m a hair shy of 6\". But then again, my wife is quite petite, and I have to be mindful of bottoming out. She says it hurts. That is about the average loss I\'ve heard of, 1/4\". Am I wrong on this, anybody?

As for collagen production, I\'m of the same opinion. My appointment is in 2 weeks, and that\'s why I\'m leaning towards 30% for the first round, and lower concentrations for subsequent rounds/touch up. I want the most bang for the buck, so to speak, from round one.

Also, logic says supplements will help. And as cheap as they are, why not? They certainly won\'t hurt you, whether they help or not. Just my $.02 worth

Prior to PMMA, I had lost Erect Length due to the Removal of the elist silicon implant. After years of pain from the implant and now that things have settled, I estimate the final loss is 0.5\"-0.75\".

I didn\'t lose any Erect length due to PMMA. As a matter of fact, the Flaccid length increased quite bit, from 2-2.5\" to an easy 3.5\"-4\". It\'s the weight and volume of the PMMA that causes the increase...

Please understand I am not encouraging people to go for PMMA . Each person will respond differently to the PMMA. I am just adding some data for new members to consider.

And guess what? Tack another 1/8\" Erect length loss after round 3 - and nothing even went wrong in this round - it went smoothly as hell!

Length loss is a very real and literal risk with this procedure, particularly with 30% (but quite possibly with others. You just can\'t 100% rule it out). Anyone not willing to possibly lose some length in tradeoff for Girth should not consider the procedure, imo. PMMA is no joke, and isn\'t the magical solution that it sounds like. There\'s too many glowing reports on here which in my opinion (from what I know from PM exchanges, etc) the threads here do not accurately reflect the number of people that have bad results. The magical solution is not yet here - well, it may be in Hyaluronic Acid, but the problem is that shit is temporary and insanely too expensive.

The reason that you ask for is that PMMA is injected within a layer of fascia called the Dartos. it\'s not injected \'between\' any layers as some of you think - its injected INTO a layer, within it. These PMMA beads create a shitload of scar tissue in this layer of fascia. In some patients it adheres to the bucks fascia or the outer skin, or both, more than others. This can limit the corporal bodies\' ability to fully expand or at least their ability to stretch the rest of the penis out with them. The corpus cavernosum and spongiosum only have so much \'strength\' when they fill with blood. If your shaft around it is all scarred up, tight, and less stretchy than it used to be, then your corporal bodies will still fill but they may not be able expand outward as much as they used to, just like with someone who undergoes Dick surgery and experiences retraction due to excess scar tissue. It\'s a similar concept.

A frightening thought, to lose length. I am very modest at 5 inches/13 cm of Erect length and retracting below that would be quite devastating. My Girth is around the same as my length, I was planning on increasing it to 14.5 cm/5.7 inches, what would you do in my situation?

Perhaps stretching might gift me another cm but I do not hold my breath.

Atlas,

Find someone who does Hylaronic Acid injection. Not permanent, but you dont risk length.

When you say 10% or 20% etc, why does nobody focus on the actual amount being injected?

Why would say 20% density of PMMA create lost compared to 10%?

Thanks.
