TOPIC: Glans Enhancement with Hyaluronic Acid

Hi, I want to enhance my glans and I'm not 100% sure, how I will manage it.

I want to do it all alone.

My English is not the best. I hope, you can understand me:-)

I still made two small injections with Macrolane in my glans.

I'm a victim of a doctor, who wanted to cut my Frenulum. But he made it wrong and
after this, I had to go to an other doctor, to Repair my damaged glans within two further
operations. Now, I have a relatively good looking glans, but with every Operation,
the glans was getting smaller. Now, the glans is smaller than the penis:-(

Especially one of both sides of the glans was smaller.

I had experience with Hyaluronic Acid in other parts of my body and I also underfilled
some wrinkels on my ex girlfriend and gave an other friend of mine a beautyful nose.
I used Restylane Perlane for the nose Jobs, but I only use Macrolane last times, because
it's just the 10th of the costs.

At first, I injected the Macrolane from the top of the glans in the deeper area of one of
the sides of the glans. After this, the glans was symetric. I was very happy about this:-)

Then, I tried to give the rim of the one side of the glans a better contur.
This was not the best idea. I used a 30G canula, but the Macrolane is thicker than the HA,
I used before and after pressing very hard, it came through the canula all of a sudden,
that it looked a little bit like a ball. Now, after 4 month, it's almost left.

Then, I used the 27G needle again and I'm Standing before my next experience.

My goal is, to enhance the glans like it was before. I looked out for different technics and
I always see, that the HA is injected directly under the upper skin. I cannot imagine, that
I saw a result, that looked really aesthetic. In my opinion, it makes more sense
(for the shape), to inject the filler more in the deeper area of the glans, but I guess, that
this could result in problems while the errection of the glans.

Before I injected HA first time, my glans was still softer (while errected), because of the
operations from before and the lost of mass of the glans. I maybe lost a 4th of material.

My other thougt is, that a big injection of HA, only makes the glans bigger in Flaccid state.
Maybe, there is a maximum of enhancement while errection and it's limited through the
upper skin layer around the glans. Maybe, the only option to have a bigger glans while
errection, is to inject the filler directly under the upper skin layer. But I'm not sure, if
I can bring the filler under the surface evenly, to reach a soft and aesthetic result.

Does someone has experiences with HA injection in deeper parts of the glans?

What would you recommend me? Which technic generates the best results?

Mistake. Don\'t do it by yourself. Stop yourself and start thinking clearly.

Injecting anything, even HA, is not just like ABC. I am a surgeon, been injecting HA for 16 yrs and I was concerned about starting in the penis. I read all the published articles, had all the sterility/ equipment, hyalase. I used products of known origin, manufacture, sterility.

If you meet a guy in a market offering you a Rolex for $100 you know it is a fake. If someone is offering medical supplies on the internet there is a good chance it is a fake. Or maybe not. But not being fully trained and equipped makes it dangerous to inject.

Are you familiar with the guys here who have had Necrosis with product injected into their glans? And that was with a doctor! What happens when you block your urethra (look it up if you dont know)? Inability to pass urine gets to be excruciating. And when you end up in Emergency(A&E) the doctors there probably wont know about hyalase and will stick a tube through your abdomen into you bladder.

I know it is very expensive to get this done by a doctor - if you can even find a doctor who can do it. But doing it yourself has plenty of risk.

Hi, the doc was not Dr.Alter. The Macrolane is from a german seller. I think, the product is original. I read, that Macrolane is not popular in USA. After some month, I have no problems. I am satisfied. I saw some articles here on this forum. I saw no problems, while using HA. But I did not see all articles.
