TOPIC: PMMA REMOVAL

Yungwildfree, why did he take so much out? My doc did the same thing and im still totally perplexed. He claimed it wasn\'t possible to separate BUT he separated it from the PMMA next to it - so much so that the scalpel line left a very odd and hard ridge for 5 cm (the length of the removed tissue).

He claims that he took out exactly what I drew but then I guess he just kept cutting, removing product from the middle of my shaft. You can see it if you look carefully in the pics below.

Also, the mass he did remove left a big dent (obviously) which was expected but also a build up of inflammation and PMMA beneath it that sticks out. Similar to your ridge but softer.

So now I\'m left with a big dent at the main Removal site, inflammation and PMMA below it, and that dent on the lower middle of then shaft from his \"spontaneous\" Removal.

If you didn\'t mention your procedure, I would\'ve said that is a normal penis.

I don\'t really see anything, but I know things are different in person. Also, I am still too swollen to tell what exactly happened, but I can feel it. The swelling isn\'t going away. We are having really similar reactions. It just feels like water in there with PMMA to the right of it.

I asked him to remove an area that was roughly 2 cm x 2 cm x 1/2 cm deep. He took out 5 x 3.5 x 1 cm deep per the pathology report....and pretty obvious from what I can feel. I still haven\'t had an Erection or anything but there\'s PMMA above it and to the right, so it will likely look like a big hole... rather than even with everything else. And since this was \"cosmetic\" - I had to pay. The scrotalplasty also required a payment but my insurance may reimburse for that because it was extremely tight and painful. I would\'ve just done the scrotoplasty if I knew he was gonna go this far.

Still don\'t see anything out of the ordinary. The large form (with the stubble) are your Balls, correct?

The large form on the left side is NOT my Balls. This is the area I\'m talking about.

There is swelling in my scrotum so I\'m hoping the majority of the swelling is pushing up the mass and once the swelling goes down the mass does as well.. Time will tell but I doubt the decrease in swelling will even out the mass.

Isn\'t the swelling taking an unusually long time ? I am kinda shocked by how much \"fluid\" or whatever is still stuck there... in my case. In your case (and you did this 2-3 weeks prior to me) you\'re still dealing with all that fluid? Is it still slowly going down or did it stop or something?

Did you wound close by the way? That\'s a bad area to have an open wound due to the moisture, etc. Was Reed concerned about it? Mine is open about 2 mm and had a little clear fluid come out too. Very similar incision.

well perhaps because im younger, but every girl ive dated have always been size queens. Guy who have lumps/issues with PMMA.

I am doing a site dedicated to HA Phalloplasty with cannula. I want to have images of people who have had problems. Ideally with a brief description of what was done.

I am sure I will get lots of traffic but some guys will decide they want something permanent. So want them to have access to photos/information to make it very clear that permanent can be great but can be a problem like you could never imagine. Not everyone will fine PhalloBoards, not look for threads that say what they dont want to hear. I dont want to be responsible for guiding guys into things that cause them big problems.

Maybe PM me. I did not want to take anyones photos without their express permission for this purpose.

Sorry about the side angle. This was taken today, 31 days after the incision. It is healing well. A little bumpy but over okay. What do you guys think?
