I think 6\" is a touch on the large side. For most women I guess it would be exciting to try, but for regular sex I think 5.25-5.5 is better.

For a one night stand, you might as well go 6+. It all depends on your goals. But I think, generally, if you want regular sex then 5.75 would be my maximum goal.

My experience is that 5.5 to 5.75 Girth feels very big to a woman that has had babies. I was briefly at 6 inches mid-shaft Girth after my procedure and it fit but there was a lot of complaining about it hurting. We did not have sex for very long. 5.5 inches is the sweet spot for most woman IMHO.

All experiences here are very true. But I have to stress the point of proper foreplay and lube if needed. If a woman is dry and you try to shove in 3.5\" Girth penis, she will still hurt and complain.
For me, I had only one lady who just did not want to take it in and I think she just was not into me at the time. Else, I have had good luck.

Like most have suggested, try it out for a while and then make a decision. Once you have another session there is no EASY way back...Remember that!

It\'s difficult to judge because the shape changes all the time which results in either an increase or decrease in the thickest point, the gains have reduced by a couple of cm but currently I\'m sat at around 17 cm thickest point.

Thanks Hoddle, yeah its happened in last couple of months, I\'m kind of anxious though because something appears to have happened inside, the product has softened and feels more integrated, which is getting me worried because it\'s got me thinking that blood supply has been established and that it may last for ages.
Also the more it\'s softened the more unatural it feels, shape of its got slightly worse and product still moves about.
Not the end of the world though

Yeah, maybe your right, I\'m going to ask Dr Gitt if the product softens would this make it easier for the body to absorb it and if so il keep using the DMSO

My experience with 6\" Girth (which I had with swelling after round 3) was that it was a little too big for my girlfriend. She prefers it at 5.5\".

As a guy who is naturally 6\" Girth I\'d say it\'s been mostly compliments. A few girls have been too tight to painful (for me, I don\'t know about them). One girl who was very loose I think she was very happy about it. Only a couple girls had any trouble, and it wasn\'t a deal breaker type of thing, just took a little more effort. The one girl who was too tight it actually was hurting me after repeatedly having sex so many times and her being too tight. But for the majority of my experiences have been positive or neutral.
