The results on that website look dreadful! I\'ve never seen a good macrolane result. Personally I\'d stick to the more expensive, finer HA products. There is a reason virtually no Dr\'s in UK offer Macrolane anymore, despite it being widely used in the past. It\'s quick, it\'s relatively cheap and it safe, yet no Dr offers it anymore. You have to ask yourself why and the answer isn\'t because they don\'t like to earn easy money!

If you are in Europe I\'d look into Teosyal Ultimate which I have and like very much and cheaper than Voluma, or you can\'t go wrong with Juvederm Voluma. But I second Hoddle - I can\'t believe that is not the mistake page! - I didn\'t see one good looking out come from this pics. That is not what and \"after\" pic should look like.

I guess my eye is not as trained as yours - I honestly don\'t think of those results as dreadful as they are all very abundant in Foreskin (as I am) so it\'s hard if not impossible to spot any asymmetries, lumps, irregularities or whatever.

I\'m not from Europe.. Actually I am but have lived in Australia for many years now. I\'ve been following Dr Oates here, and I conversed with him via PM. He seems like an upfront and genuine person who has the right approach to doing this. But i simply could not afford the prices he charges for a temporary filler with very uncertain outcome aesthetically and short durability.

Can I please ask you how much I can expect to pay in Europe with a reputable doctor for let\'s say 10cc of a good HA filler? I think 10cc should be enough to give me the 0.5 gain I\'m after.

Why 10cc? I think you are better off staying in Australia, going to Dr Oates and have 5 cc. Any filler is likely to require touch ups etc. It\'s incredibly rare to find a result where the product get evenly spread, with no \"low\" points etc, in just one go. So it\'s just not practical to get a temporary filler in a country far away, as you\'ll probably need a touch up a few weeks later. We\'ve got literally hundreds of filler reports and I\'d say only a handful of guys had one session, whether it be PMMA, Silikon1000, HA or fat.

It\'s a shame that doctors charge so much for this stuff - the actual price of these products is actually rather low - I am not sure why they do such a crazy mark up. I agree that Dr. Oates seems very straight forward and like he would do a good job, but I wish doctors would not make this just for the rich when this stuff costs less than $100 a cc for most doctors - sometimes much less. The mark up is frequently 400% - 600%.
