Thanks Dr. Oats, Sexbeast.  Yeah, the more reading I do on it, Voluma is probably too risky for that area, but belotero might work w/ a backup plan to dissolve if necessary.  I saw a plastic surgeon injecting belotero so superficially, he was just barely poking the skin. Merz actually says this is how you\'re supposed to inject it... like micro drops.  It might not give much gain though.  Also, since they inject in the upper level in the skin, it might be more risky for the penis - in terms of blocking the blood vessels which are all in the skin.

Gawd, what the hell is FBG? We\'re shying away from PMMA, Recklaw is definite about us keeping from megafill and now, a scare about the last resort, HA?

I have seen true infection with Aquamid - a permanent filler. I have heard advice recently not to inject filler after thread lift because they have seen infections that tracked along the threads. But that is probably due to a biofilm being seeded with the thread insertion originally.

I have seen non-infective inflammatory (so swelling +- tenderness but not actually infected) with most fillers. The good thing is you can dissolve away HA fillers.

In infected obviously antibiotics and if a HA the hyalase as well (get rid of the \'foreign body\")

Will have Erect photos next week. My business partner does not want me to post the video at this stage - the IP is valuable.

The more I do research on fillers, the more I realize that it is a random play-out of the type of filler, the injection technique and how good the injector is (and the good ones are really, I mean really hard to find in Australia, even in a big city like Melbourne) and your own body\'s response.

Thank you Dr Oates, I\'ll send you a PM. I\'m trying to capture it under a good light, as selfies are so misleading. I know HA could be easily dissolved, but the research unfortunately is not so encouraging - once FBG appears, researchers (practitioners) have seen little if any effect when dissolving the filler with Hyaluronidase. In some cases, it persists even long after the filler has absorbed naturally. The most common treatment option is steroids (direct injection to the site or even oral). I\'ve also heard about a case where imiquimod was used topically with success. Imiquimod is used in treating basal cell carcinoma as well, and some Dermatologist suggested that it works well on FBG from fillers. I thought about ordering some online, but I will consult with someone in Melbourne first to be safe.

I hope I am not digressing from PE too much, but this could be useful information for someone who is unfortunate enough to develop FBG from an HA filler on a penis as well.

Yes - it is not so much the brand Belotero but the thickness of the product (from crosslinking the HA). Juvederm have Vollbella, Teosyal have Redensity II, Restylane has Touch all of which are thin and would do the same thing. I find doing all those tiny drops can cause lots of bruising so tend to use a really fine cannula (like 27G and run it as superficial as possible, plus some right down on the bone).

FGB are a nuisance - hyalase asap, intralesional steroid/5FU, occasionally minomycin antibiotic (not for infection but for it immune modulating effect), Imiquimod is described but I have not had to use it and it is expensive- but definitely worth trying if the other things are not working.

Foreign body granuloma - we have discussed it a few times. It is probably the biggest worry using it for PE. Not as common in men as women (and rare with them too), but not impossible. And lots of doctors dont know how to manage.

Dr Oates, or others,

I am curious about the feel of the shaft when Erect after having HA.

Is it squishy like a thick layer of skin or is it firm like a solid Erection?

When I pump it gets a squishy feel to the outside when Erect.

Thanks!

Is there any major reason you prefer voluma over XC?  Is it for longevity?  Better texture? In the USA it is 2x the price almost.  XC is also thinner - so to me I\'d think it would be less likely to create obvious lumps in case it gets into an area where it settles.  Voluma is so thick - like for deep placement in the cheek. I\'m surprised it\'s done so well in the penis w/o being too obvious (distinct borders of where it\'s placed) or lumpy.

Hi mate

Totally new to this forum

Dr did do some measurements but I never wrote them down, they did take pictures. As for me it was more about reducing shrinkage and something that felt a better size in my hand.

It is noticeably thicker Hard and less shrinkage. So is my penis head as that was injected too.   It still looks very natural too.

I will consider a follow up top up in the future.

Note sure if that helps

BMX, thanks for your post. Konino\'s request is fairly common here, as we often post pictures of before and after, whenever we have procedures, or accomplish any penile exercise goals. Just wanted to let you know, as you\'re a new member, and you may not be familiar with our process here. Welcome to the board!
