Best to consult Dr. C on what he thinks about that strategy but from what I\'ve gathered here, I\'d suggest using the silicone after your last
PMMA session. The key is to set a goal and stick to it. Once you are where you want to be, you can target any & all problem areas with the silicone and call it a day. With a procedure that requires multiple appointments, it\'s crucial your mind is made up from the beginning. Know when to \"retire\" from PE, and especially with
PMMA, your very last round should be strictly for
Revision & aesthetics (imo).
Every time you \"bulk\" up, you run the risk of aesthetic irregularities. This is why I concluded ending with silicone microdroplets. It just seems like having it (silicone) done in between rounds wont necessarily prevent your next
PMMA session from resulting in aesthetic irregularities, making it a waste of time & money...if that makes any sense (?).
