TOPIC: Putting all the PE data together - lots of choices - advice please.

Hello,What a lot of data on this blog.Struggled with body issues, and I appreciate reading other\'s stories.A few comments and rejections have been hurtful over the years, and confidence is low.Divorced (not Girth or length related) and with a daughter. Not keen on entering the dating scene.I am tall, long legs, so smaller penis \'stands out\' more. lol.2/12 - 3 1/2 is usual fl. 4 - 4 1/2 fg. nbel 5 (on a good day). 4 1/2 eg.Love the hot weather, more volume all up - nothing to write home about.I dont want huge, and not thinking in numbers, just so attention on the matter can cease, and I can get on with things.Anyway, Just wanted to confirm a few things after reading so many threads. If anyone would like to comment.My thoughts so far:Girth:Dr E. implants seem to be not an option for a number of reasons.Fat transfer can be spongy and reabsorb over a period of a yearDermal layer or matrix requires de robing of the shaft - not particularly desirable and can over time have complications such as a fibrotic condition.PMMA, seems to be more consistent and permanent in results.Of this, the most recommended is Dr. C in TJ, with some mention of Dr. N in Prague.Dr. C is slightly cheaper and more communicative, experienced, uses good product in clinical conditions.This requires minimally 3 visits but can be accomplished on one or two. if good results and no aesthetic touch ups are required.
Lengthening:Lig cut is the major option next to non surgical.
Care must be taken to stretch for 6 months to ensure no reattachment of lig. The VY incision can give ugly scarring. the testicle incision is rarely used majorly as it limits vision for the surgeon.
The current preferred method is a small horizontal incision on the upper base of penis.
So my questions are:I have some time off later this year. (10 weeks) I have found a surgeon for lig cut and been communicating with him.I would then like to go straight to the PMMA. However was wondering how much timeshould be inbetween procedures i.e. a few weeks for healing. But then there is all the stretching to be done.Should stretching be done while PMMA is newly injected?How long should be left in between the rounds of the PMMA?Ideally I would like to have lig cut and at least two rounds of PMMA in 10 weeks. Pushing it?This will be a global trip ex Australia.
Anyway, if there is anyone who could comment from experience. That would be great.Cheers, Steven.

Yes but you will need to commit to a year really (8 hours a day min) for Erect gain. You may get a way with less but probably won\'t and for some people that is not enough. The Erect length gain is a real commitment.

When I had mine done they did the fat graft at the same time so I could not stretch for 6-7 weeks after the lig cut and that seemed to be OK too - they don\'t do that anymore and it makes sense to do one procedure at a time.

It seems to make sense to wait some time after a lig cut before widening.

I understand from talking to a Doc, that stretching serves two purposes.

1. The key thing after the lig cut is to stretch for a minimum of 6 weeks to prevent ligament reattachment and thus shortening of the penis.

2. To stretch for a minimum of 6 months for further Flaccid and Erect length gain.

Does this ring true with your experience?

The rest of your questions have been answered a lot on here and I think consensus is that people use the search engine to find the answers. The same questions get asked a lot. But your schedule is very unrealistic - you can do 1 round of PMMA at most at the end but maybe not even that - and you will need to stop Hanging for a bit while the PMMA sets I think or you will fuck up your results but somebody else can answer that - I think it has been covered too so use the search engine. Hey - I wasn\'t ignoring you - I have been out of town for a while and never saw that you asked me a question. The short answer is yes I am happy with the lig cut but I had no adverse effects and some people do- if you don\'t hang or stretch a lot it will be a very under whelming procedure for you - so think year commitment and I would do the small horizontal cut.

So is this a relevant topic???

The reason I ask is because I have been thinking of getting it done via Dr. Guinta. I was on thunder space and those guys would not even talk surgical.

I don\'t know too much about PMMA but had my ligs cut with the horizontal and that is definitely pushing it. If you cut your ligs, wait 10 weeks and get 1 round of PMMA if you are up for it - but don\'t be surprised if you are not.
There is a lot of info and several thread on here about stretching post PMMA.
It used to be that the doctors would tell you to come back after a year of stretching post lig cut to have any Girth proceedures but I don\'t know if they still do that.
I had grafts and ligs cut on the same day but that was along time ago when they didn\'t know better. I had to have a Revision 2 years later as my Dick got longer than the graft.
