If you are not aware of my elist implant experience, please search my posts and pictures to understand my credibility on this subject.

I just had my scar tissue removed by elist this week. I took the opportunity to ask more questions to the surgery center nurses, office patients and elists assistant doctors since the implant seems to really be taking off now with GQ and ask men recognition.

The nurses at the surgery center say that about 10 men per week get the implant. occasionally they see people getting revisions and removals and reinsertions. Many other times dr elists does prostate removals, peyronie\'s removals and injected filler removals (maybe PMMA? The nurse didn\'t know what exactly but she said it was an injectable)

In the office, I met a patient who had his for 9 years!!!!! He was there For a follow up and to inquir about upgrading to the newer implant.

I then had some one on one time for the past few days with one of dr elists Doctor assistants while they were urigating my wound and drain. They said i had bad luck with the implant. I asked them honestly how many implants are inserted per month and he said 30-40.

I asked do people actually gain length? Since I lost length even with having it for 8 months. He said some people are not scar formers and really truly gain length and get magnificent results. Most only gain Girth and return to their normal length and are happy with their results. Other unlucky people like me just form lots of scarring that get the implant stuck to the public bone and cause length loss and eventually go through Removal and scar Revision surgeries after. He also said he thinks people need to give the implant way more time for length. Because most do not see length increases until 1-1.5 years. He thinks the 3,6,9 month length predictions elists gives are misleading and cause allot of people to have it removed before the implant really had a chance.

I am still recovering and hope that after this scar tissue Removal surgeries will return my lost length.

The assistant gave me kind advice on learning how to love and accept my body even if it has been permanently changed (shortened) now.

It appears that the implant is excellent for Girth and then the length gain is a complete gamble. I entered this surgery mainly for length since college girls, for the most part, seem tight enough to not needing more Girth at the moment. But I want more length so that I won\'t be limited with my sex positions and won\'t be ashamed of my Grower.

I\'m curious to hear anyone\'s thoughts. Also if any other people who\'ve had theirs removed have had success in regaining lost length or even gaining after the whole experience?

i already paid but didnt go yet to surgery, was very curious to try out the XXL haha. I am 6\" Erect, never had complaints on it. Actually most say im the perfect size (not trying to brag jus stating experience) two girls actually dont want me to due them already being used to mine. Said why would I even consider it if im fine. Truth is to me when its in my hand as im jerking off or sex... it feels small to me. I can cum a lot in a day like 5 times lol but not as much if i do it everyday but i would like to increase the amount. My friend said I have low self esteem, i do. I get told size doesnt matter its how you work it. maybe thats why i still have some lady friends, i know how to move etc but i feel like having it bigger n thicker would make me feel better. but if elist is truly not the answer, then is PMMA? I am in NyC. there is dr heller but i am hearing about dr c... jus dont want to go to mexico given that trump is president. im hispanic and a citizen lol n someone said they had an issue wit it crossing or something

Thank you very much for those who responded

My implant experience was a huge loss for me and I hope that after this scar Removal surgery by Elist that i can return back to normal. I just wanted to keep everyone posted on this last week\'s experience and hope to further our knowledge on Phalloplasty.

I can see how his assistant would want to feed me lies but not the surgery center. The recovery nurses have no ties and seemed to be very genuine when I asked them more about Elist.

I agree that the implant felt very fake and was excrusiatingly annoying on a day to day basis. I would definitely have had it removed just to be able to excercise again with out intrusion or feeling self conscious. That\'s why I can\'t believe I met a guy who had it for 9 years!

Injectables seems to be a much safer bet in regards to not losing length but comes at the cost of lumpiness and ununiform results and not being (for now) easily removable. The implant gives the most aesthetically appealing results Girth wise (minus the massive pubic scar) and is easily removable but risks length loss

What? You think mass marketing legitimizes a procedure? I hope you don\'t, and those who do, please walk away from Phalloplasty now.

I had the implant for 6 months (before it became infected and had to be removed). . How does it feel to you? Because I remember it feeling like an inserted plastic dildo that encapsulated my penis. Unless your partner has never seen or felt a real penis before, they will know it\'s an implant.
And with regards to your question about whether we were just unlucky. Please understand...I have been on these boards for 6 years now..I would guess I am familiar with a couple dozen implant cases...Many of these cases before the implant was put in...All of them (as far as I know ) with the exception of one has had to have it removed due to infection or other issues...Almost always leaving the penis significant shorter than pre implant...And this is often a permanent length loss. There are other more serious complications, such as disfigurement, numbness...You name it.
And unless knowing me is the unlucky variable for failed implants in these cases, I would say that the office is lying to you with their stats (big shocker).
Anyway, I know you are genuine and truly wish you the best of luck...But anyone who has researched Dr. Elist sufficiently on this website knows he is a sociopath. It is insanity that he continues his carnage with impunity.

The implant and \"excellent\" shouldn\'t be used in the same sentence.

Just because they tell you they do X amount a month or they see X amount of complications doesn\'t mean they are being truthful. And given their history with our members as well as our forum, I\'m not sure why their credibility would have changed so much as to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Get your money back & run far away from Dr Elist.....its a total scam.

And to the OP: you met someone in his office that had the implant for 9 years? I wouldn\'t put it past Elist to have shills sitting in his office knowing clients are coming in so they can talk you into thinking everything is fine.....Elist is the butcher of Beverly Hills.
