TOPIC: Liposuction fat pad?

Liposuction fat pad? 8 years 10 months ago #1290682957

So, we all know the difference between NBPEL and BPEL. Is there any reason NOT fat suction the pad to make the differnce smaller? I think liposuction that area can give me 0.5 Inch increase in NBPEL and would totally be worth it imo.

What you think?

I went to see a doctor about this and she said she wouldn\'t be able to remove at all as much as I was hoping for. She said she was to afraid to damage nerves, as there are plenty of them i this area. So I guess its best to get really heavy, then liposuck the area and then go down in weight lol.

Letsee - I don\'t really have one anymore if I do it is less than .25 - but if you are already skinny then that just might be where your body collects fat and lipo is probably what you will need. If that is all you are doing it is probably a 10 - 15 minute procedure. I needed to lose the weight - I work out almost everyday but with age I was just getting thicker.

I\'m in NE PA and I had it done with a well known PS in Doylestown.

It was part of a package that included flanks and abdomen, but in my area single treatment areas are around $2k or so.

I\'m 5\'9\" tall, about 175lbs and 45yrs old.

I didn\'t like the way my pubic mound looked although I\'m not what most people consider \'fat\', so I had Smart Lipo done.

Most of the fat was removed from the sides to reduce that \'Pussy lips\" look and just a little from the middle as I didn\'t have much fat there in the first place. The area looks much better now. Younger, less saggy and the \'Pussy lips\' are mostly gone.

How much is your fat pad now? Like I said in the post above. I already skinny and eating healthy.

Well, Im very fit and skinny so losing more weight is not really an option. But then I dont have a big fat bad either. The fat pad is like 0.7 Inch I believe. losing 0.3-0.4 would do wonder to my confidence though I believe. But I dont know if its possible.

I was wondering if i could do the fat liposuction if i have a fat pad of nearly 0.8 inches...I think that usually this procedure could be done by someone who has more, like 2 inches or similar. Almost everyone has at least 0.5 or something between the bone and the outside part of the penis...but would it still possible to erase all that slight part of fat and have only the pubic bone behind the penis? i hope i am not the only crazy one to think about it: i would gain the same that i can expect from one year or so of stretching

They can\'t remove 100% of the fat there or in your abdomen, or you\'ll get abnormal contours. You have to leave some fat behind in that area. On your love handles, surgeons can be more aggressive - just the way the body is. Maybe 50-75% will come out and you\'ll be swollen for several months. That area is not easy to do.

And here\'s why you don\'t want to take out too much fat (the surgeon here went all the way down to her abs - and it just ends up lumpy)
