You are right, the most popular posts always get the most attention and end up at the top. This is why it is important for people to read, read, read and not just skim the first couple of progress reports. There are all sorts of outcomes, potential pitfalls, etc. that someone can experience. Just seeing the most impressive results will give a skewed view of the real-life potential.
I have nothing but good things to say about the guys with Dr. C, and I am satisfied with my outcome, but guys really need to realize that the results that Guy A gets, good or bad, are not necessarily the results Guy B will experience.
