Thanks smalljay. Your post has really made me think. No one has never really seen my penis in its entirety before only me so I\'ve basically been the only judge of it. I\'m not looking to mess with anything internally or move the peehole back because I had a successful surgery as a baby and never had functional issues. Some guys with my condition go ther 14+ surgeries to correct it. I would just like my shaft skin to look more uniform around which was why I was looking into tissue expansion so the \"good looking\" skin at the top can be stretched around to get the sliced look from underneath. I\'ve definitely have lots to think about though because your right it has been a burden on me. I\'m 28 and only have been with 1 girl fully and my last ex refused me sex. That really fucked me up mentally. I don\'t know if it was the look of it or the size, or a combination of both. We broke up at the end of 2013 and I\'m still single because the sting of the rejection I received was real.

I can see the glans looks different on the underside, but not in a bad way. Honestly I think you look fine and I really mean that. Unless size is a big problem I would avoid PMMA as the results are unpredictable in terms of aesthetics. Your penis looks more natural than many of the PMMA enhancements we see here. Dr. Alter responded right away which is impressive at 1am. I sent a couple photos to him and will wait for a response. He has 2 offices and 1 of them is in NYC which is just a train away since I\'m in Northern NJ and takes me about 45 minutes total to get into NY. I\'m crossing my fingers and hope he can help me.

I reached out to Dr. Elist about this procedure. I know he\'s not popular on here but he is a Urologist that performs cosmetic reconstruction. I\'d like t know if he ever heard of this Wouldn\'t like him go near my peen with a implant but this is totally different in my eyes. Im looking at other doctors also hopefully some in my state but wanted to get this kicked off asap.
