No, there are very few places in the entire US, as it\'s expensive and not permanent.

Thank you so much for the quick reply.
I will definitely ask about the cannula.
Is there someone else you recommend in NYC that uses dermal fillers?

I haven\'t heard of him, but it seems like he\'s just using dermal fillers.

It will be interesting to see how much he charges.

Ask if he uses a cannula. You really don\'t want to risk a needle on your penis, as you can lose the entire shaft skin.

But generally speaking, this is by far the safest method of penis enlargement, so you shouldn\'t have too much to worry about.

Please let us know how it goes, as I think many members will be very interested.

If you are going to 34th Street I honestly think your money would be much better spent by going to Sally\'s Spa, then spending $350 on 1cc of HA.

According to his website, It looks like he also uses pmma (Bellafill - the newly branded Artefill).

I guess there\'s a groupon deal too:
touch.groupon.com/deals/sexual-health-men

What does the group think of this? That is, using Artefill?

I agree SO. I\'m sure its a false sense of security but its just nice to see an american doctor using PMMA in the penis, no matter the brand. I cant wait to see all of the anti-PMMA docs turn when it starts to become affordable in the US. Should be interesting.

Dr. Greenwald uses Radiesse and he places the material only on the upper sides of the penis. You may not be able to build up the base but you do minimize the amount of filler used. My only concern is the collagen, but given the smaller amounts of the filler used, I wonder if this would help. Skeptical One, what are you thoughts about the collagen filler? Do you think it would move around? Please elaborate. I also wonder what the doc\'s experience with this is.

My understanding is that the carrier used (Bovine) takes longer to be absorbed than the carriers used in Metacrill and Linnea Safe. This implies, at least in theory, that the collagen can continued to be manipulated longer than it would with Metacrill/Linnea Safe (e.g. 24-48 hours). Now I say in theory because I really don\'t know for sure, but if post-op protocol is crucial to the success of the PMMA procedure, then I\'d imagine having a bovine carrier in large volume maybe problematic, asethetically-speaking. Again, this is what I would personally conclude, but I\'m no scientist or doctor, and I\'ve never seen an artefill penis progress report.

I think you\'d need at least 5cc to make it worthwhile, but according the Groupon voucher you can by 4.8cc for $2000.

I suspect the small volume being offered is due to the costs. And while Artefill is reputed to be a quality product, it\'s probably least ideal for penile application (i.e. large volume). Totally different type of carrier used and that would mean even more aesthetic uncertainty, at least in theory.

Doctors have access to Artefill, PMMA has been available FDA-approved (for all that\'s worth) for some time. It\'s just been a combination of cost & carrier that made it completely impractical in penile applications.

PMMA in the US! Thats encouraging. The price is way high but if more doctors start to offer it then maybe it will come down over time.

I agree with what you are saying. When I met with him he was addressing my hesitation, and said starting small is a great option when you are local and can see how your body responds and then you can fill/add slowly...there is no rush. Without any prior experience, I would tend to agree with this method if money is not an issue.

Interesting. However, 1cc is so minor. It\'s literally a cubic Centimeter. And the filler is in a carrier so I can\'t imagine 1cc doing much. Shit u could put a cc of lead in ur Cock and I doubt u would even notice.

I\'m no doctor and I could be completely wrong. This is just my initial reaction
