Am having ed issues in general..doesnt seem like a good time to try Jelqing seems that cutting ligs is only choice ...not sure feel trapped with what to do..

Jelqing and other forms of PE (Kegels, manual stretching etc) will improve your Erection quality over time and therefore improve your ED. I don\'t think Ligamentolysis will help with your ED.

Have a look at the JP90 routine at the PEGYM forums.

I hear.. Well I need more opinions to see what everyone thinks..Of course my own doctor would never recommend any of these things...

Im also not necessarily looking to use PE to help my ED-the point of the PE is to get bigger for me!

PE (penis exercise, not necessarily penis enlargement) is great for keeping your penis in good shape but as you said it is also very likely that you will gain for manual PE, as well as devices. However, you need to be patient, persistent and safe, which is usually the downfall of the overly-zealous and impatient.

Lig cut will not help ED at all, as a matter of fact it will get worse because you have to stretch and heal and then there\'s no guarantee that you\'ll get any gains at all.
PE (penis exercise) can cause ED, in general light exercise for penis health is good but when your fatigue you penis to the point where you are breaking down cellular tissue, thats when all kinds of side effects can happen, ED, numbness, blisters, rash, injuries to name a few . Awhile back I had numbness and my EQ (Erection quality) was horrible, It scared me so I stopped, thankfully it all came back.

Bullsnake is right I often do manual PE but stopped for 1 week and my Dick is feeling good not hard and just feels better than when I was always stretching or doing whatever exercise I feel like it needed a good break
