But never forget some of the problems they mentioned are real and will happen to some people. There is no safe method of PE. Just because some of those reports are fakes, doesn\'t mean much. Be aware of possible complications before doing anything. There have been cases of delayed aggressive foreign body reactions, so in truth, we shouldn\'t be surprised to read about complications from time to time.

Hoddle, the voice of reason and wisdom . I agree with what he is saying in the peen, it is relatively new and PMMA is notorious for delayed reaction, in some people 10 plus years. Let\'s keep our fingers crossed.

I agree hoddle. I\'m sceptical by nature and always open to see both sides of the coin.

I like the concept of PMMA in the sense that you end up with your own tissue growth; it\'s the minority of cases that end up in complications, some of which are very serious, that currently keeps me at bay. In my deep down I\'m hoping for a more biodegradable lower-risk procedure that involves less chance of granulomas or other negative immune responses to foreign material.

The Megafill/HA that Optiman87 recently had could be promising, but its too early to tell and I can\'t find many people who\'ve had this treatment, let alone what the longer-term results are. With PMMA it seems you can be end up anywhere between very lucky and terribly unlucky, but I think that lower-risk procedures are on the horizon. Where there is a will, there is almost always a way, it\'s a matter of how much time it takes to get there.

To be honest I still haven\'t seen any evidence of that in the penis, after nearly 4 years of research and following guys on here. We\'ve had people react like they\'ve been terribly unlucky, but in the grand scheme of PE disasters, they\'ve actually been lucky.

At the old Yahoo group, there was a guy who had to have part of his pubic bone removed due to an infection due to a dermal graft. We\'ve got members here who have lost all their shaft skin due to the Elist implant or an Allograft. We have a member who was left impotent after FFT. The only PMMA complication I\'ve seen that was terribly unlucky was when the Dr used a needle instead of a cannula and injected into a blood vessel causing tissue death.

As for the lower risk procedures on the horizon, I\'ve been saying that to myself for a decade! But if anything things got worse! As bad as the old methods were, nothing compares to the Elist implant for sheer carnage.

I feel really sad for the poor men who paid thousands to improve themselves, only to have someone ruin their lives and be protected by the law. And sadly, these doctors have seen the major damage they have caused ( part of pubic bone being removed) and smile at new potential patients, telling them it\'s perfectly safe. It\'s obvious that it\'s done for the large amount of money. It\'s pure evil!!!

I don\'t trust the FDA anymore, cause of a lot of their motives seem to be motivated by money and not safety. A lot of people assume cause a treatment is not in the U.S.A approved by the FDA, it is not safe. Luckily, we live in a time where patients can share their views on procedures and doctors.
