I got a response, short answer is yes you can have megafill, but read the whole response for his full answer (as reklaw said, this might not actually be Dr kim himself, but richard)

Dr Kim strongly recommends against PMMA.

It\'s a very inadvisable synthetic substance.

MegaFill is organic and perhaps the only substance currently used for penile Girth enhancement that enables tissue engineering by providing a scaffold for the creation of new, living penile tissue.

To try and answer more specifically, PMMA does not prompt the creation of new tissue.

The processes are different and they will not interact. In that sense of the meaning they are not incompatible.

If I recall correctly, getting MegaFill would not be a problem.

Best strategy for anyone who wants MegaFill enlargement who has had PMMA injections should submit the details of their case and ask for a specific answer from Dr Kim about him personally. How much PMMA was injected? How many times? When? And photos of current status.

If your not happy with the fact the MegaFill will last 20 to 30 years or more you could always have PMMA, either that or inject yourself with hot Vaseline which probs wouldn\'t be much worse.
Aswel as consulting Ian Eardley prior to having MegaFill I also went for a consultation with David Ralph on Harley Street who knows about tissue engineering and rebuilds penises from scratch, who told me that the tissue created from MegaFill would last a very long time.
