I went for a consultation with a Urologist once called Ian Eardley, who specialises in Penile reconstruction and tissue engineering.
He advised me against having any kind of penis enlargement although he did say to me that the tissue created by MegaFill would last a very long time 20 years or more, although he siad that for people who smoke the risk of the gains reducing would be higher and went onto say that in any case once your had it done your Cock would never return to its original size.
He\'s published loads of scientific journals with Proffessor Kevan Wylie, he\'s no joke

Is there a way we can only get megafill? I rather not have him mix it, and lose Girth 6 months after.

I was looking at Dr. Kim\'s website and his use of language seems rather odd:

There is a long section that basically says if you had a bad result it was most likely your fault - the bold text above is his, not mine.

His take on PMMA is also a little hysterical - I notice most penis doctors tend to act like the methods they are not using are insane. I originally looked at his site as I was interested in finding out more information, but it doesn\'t really leave you feeling confident in him. There are also a few pics of nice smooth cylinders next to dented, lopsided ones - with a thumbs up and a thumbs down next to each respectively. Is that supposed to be medical advice, lol?

Sorry if this is a long post and if his text has been posted before - just thought it was a really odd site and that I would share. My goal for 2016 is to have something done to fill my Dick out enough to the point where it is a little thicker and the skin is pulled a little more taught, but not looking for anything huge. Less interested in this guy after looking at his website, but maybe it is a cultural difference.

Most of the stuff on the website is correct it\'s just not worded very well.
Dr Kim is probs one of the best surgeons in the world, he has an operation named after him cos he invented it it\'s called Kim ftm flap. Surgeons in other countries use this operation, there is a guy in England who uses it.
My number one rule for having penis enlargement is to only go to a surgeon who\'s primary field is genital surgery/penile reconstruction/transgender surgeries you don\'t wana go to some twat who started off doing Botox in people\'s faces and now offers PMMA in Dick, it\'s daft.
The only thing that fucked me up was the lack of communication, I wasn\'t made aware of the true ammount I would need for the look that I wanted to achieve. I wasn\'t made aware that if I had a smaller ammount I would have probs been able to keep my Foreskin. I clearly made out that I wanted a 2cm gain and they give me a 8cm gain, you carnt blame me for been fucked off about that.

I find it hard to believe since he has on the website that he mixes megafill with HA but whatever you say buddy.

I apologize, it doesn\'t say he mixes it with HA. He mentions it\'s permanent but he also says what you should do if the product disappears, so it\'s a bit confusing on whether it\'s permanent or not.

It\'s not just me there was a guy I met in Korea from London who I\'m now good friends with who had 42ml, he\'s hung like a donkey now aswell, he thinks he\'s too big, he also thinks shape isn\'t great and doesn\'t like been Circumcised. Overall though I don\'t think he regrets it
