No I don\'t agree. You think you\'ve got problems, you should see what happened to a couple of your fellow Brits on this forum who had an allograft and scaffold surgery.

I don\'t have a link to any photos to the scaffold surgery I\'m talking about, but a guy I spoke to on the phone and went to Serbia with my friend ended up with a twisted (yes twisted!) penis due to scaffolds.

Also my cric scar was totally messed up after scaffold surgery and no urologist was able to fix it. Mikehok ended up having to have his penis drained after scaffolds as the stuff turned to mush and started to break through his skin. Also look up Bonehead, he had necrosis and had to have a flap surgery on his shaft!

As for allografts, just do a search. One of the guys you\'ll find complaining about his graft is from London and I spoke to him on the phone and suddenly he burst out crying! He has said he doesn\'t mind me mentioning that.

i just looked them up, they are a bit less pricey than the other place in London I spoke to although the cost of the juvederm is as high as everywhere, thats the limiting factor really - surely anything under 10ml is going to be barely noticeable whatever they say in their website blurbs? but will give them a call anyway.

Hello guys I\'m new, I started interesting in megafill some month ago and I\'d like to do for September 2016. Reklaw, I want to ask you this, you sad you have some lumps, do you think honestly that they could come from the fact that you didn\'t did well massage or you did it with diligence and they however come out, because on dr Kim site he underline a lot of time that the massage is a fundamental part of the post-op for have a good result. I\'m sorry for the words but English is not my language

I mean have lumps is something that I must understand may happen independently of everything (massage including) or you think that if you did it bettere you wouldn\'t have lumps?

Although I hate to admit it the lumps were probably my fault from under massaging during first 6 weeks then agressively over massaging after 6 weeks.
If you get a lump just leave it and get Dr Kim to fill over next time.
It\'s also Richards fault for persuading me to have too much, when I got there even Dr Kim siad it was unnecessary to have so much but by this point I had Richards advice in my Brain psychologically plus I\'d paid a large ammount in a bank transfer before I went so I kind of didn\'t dare back out.

I would be a lot happier if I would have just had 35ml, I would of been able to of kept my Foreskin and my original penis shape would of been intact. I would of been able to get away with not telling any girl I meet that I\'ve had anything done, this is a huge thing for me psychologically, it would have made me less self conscious because I would have had an average size Cock and one that looks normal.
Smaller ammount of any injected material probably reduce the risk of future complications, and they probably reduce the risk of surgical intervention if any future complications do arise.

This is very true in my opinion.

I\'d go as far to say that anything over 21 ml is too much. Even if guys have had success with 35 ml it doesn\'t mean everyone will. Slow and steady wins the race. If you don\'t get the gains you want, you can always go back for more. It\'s so much better to be pissed off at not getting value for money than being devastated due to having a deformed penis.

I\'ve probably spent around $50,000 on my penis and with hindsight if I knew then what I know now I\'d happily throw that money into a fire if I could have my original penis back.

Hoddle how does your penis look now, externally? What the shape like? Have you had any skin loss? Any chance you can give me a list of the procedures you\'ve had? Externally me penis looks pretty good now. Internally there is scar tissue which sticks to the shaft skin and causes the penis to bend and be a tad shorter than it was. I\'ve still got scars on the base of the shaft and the scrotum. I had skin loss that the top of the penis and lost all the inner skin.

1997 FFT and Lig cut with V/Y.
1999 Y/V correction.
2000 Y/V correction.
2001 Y/V reversal.
2009 PLGA Scaffolds and scrotal web reduction.
2010 Twisted shaft skin correction, circ scar correction, scrotal web correction, fat remoulding and PLGA scaffold second round.
2011 Further scrotal web correction and circ scar correction.
2012 Further scrotal web correction, circ scar correction and fat Removal.
2012 Skin adhesion correction
2013 skin adhesion correction, leading to Necrosis.

There were also a couple of minor procedures done in the Dr\'s office as well. Those dates aren\'t necessarily accurate, as I can\'t remember them all.

I don\'t think moving to a different country would help.

I\'m the worst person to ask that as I\'ve spent my entire adult life avoiding relationships. My sex life has consisted of nothing but one night stands with girls I know I will never see again and don\'t know any of the people I know.

My latest bout of severe depression came following a New Years Eve party in which I met a really nice girl that I was very attracted to, but couldn\'t do anything about it as she was friends with my friends.
