Hi guys,

Was away for a bit, it is now nearly 3 months since my last injection, and my gain has stayed at 0.5\' increase, Im not really pleased i must say considering I spent 4200 for it, there is like a hard bump near the top of my shaft, its not noticeable but you can feel it. My Flaccid hang is better now, but i think it comes from my Hanging routine more than anything.. So yeah i will not recommend it

But 4200 for 1/2\" is pretty good value when you compare it to other PE surgeries.

Is it just the gain that has left you disappointed? Other than lard lump, how does it look?

People go through a lot worse, and spend way more time and money, to get that kind of gain. 1/2 in Girth is no joke.

Hi Optiman,

Thank you so much for the reply, sorry if we bother you, but please rest assured, how much your input is appreciated by all of us here.
I think if your gains are stabilized at 0.5 gain, that is seriously cool thing.
You will probably know in the next few months, if this gain is stable or not, and I\'m sure we all root for you that it is

Now, you mentioned the lump, so I have few questions to you.
Does that lump bother you during sex? Does it hurt or anything?
Also, since you hang quite a lot, did you ever thought that the Hanging routine might be somehow related to the lump? I mean, if you hanged very early after the intervention, and considering that the Megafill as a scaffold stays for few months during which (according to Dr. Kim) new tissue should be generated around it before it (the Megafill) disappears, than Hanging might affect the process of new tissue/shaft generation by compressing one part of the shaft way too much and possibly having a role in the lump appearing?
Did you talk about this lump with Dr. Kim, and does he know you have a Hanging routine, and what is his opinion about it?
Again, 0.5 Girth gain is a serious gain, I think many of us go into these interventions with unreal expectations and then end up disappointed.

Please make the time to update us at this point, and then, we\'ll remind you in a month or so to do it again
I think you are very brave to go into this procedure and share it here with us.

All the best,
Ang

I thought Megafill was micronized allograft. I thought it was tissue, not a scaffold. I know Cymtera isn\'t considered permanent or a scaffold, so don\'t really understand why Megafill would be.

Well, that\'s what Dr. Kim says, basically, as far as I understand, Megafill should provide the base around which new tissue should gather, not unlike PMMA, with the difference that PMMA stays forever, while micronized Megafill should get metabolized and disappear at some point.
Now why Cymtera isn\'t permanent, while Dr. Kim says Megafill should be permanent, is something that we\'ll need to figure out, first, if it is really so, and second, if it is so, then why would that be.
That is why the rare case we have with Optiman is important, to see if his Megafill 0.5 Inch gain is permanent or not...

I wonder of Dr Kim really said that or whether it was the dodgy broker he uses.

We need to remember that it isn\'t just Megafill but also HA, so we know at least part of the 0.5\" gain is going to absorb.

When I think about it objectively, the whole thing stinks of BS. I\'m sure the manufacturers of allograft materials would have thought of all sorts of delivery methods so it could be used for larger volume filling. Simply mixing it with HA seems far too obvious an idea.

I think once the HA absorbs, there will be very little in the way of gains.

hey guys,

The lump doesnt really bother me, it is not particularly visible as well. So far it has only been 3 months so its still a bit early to tell. The only concern at hoddle10 mentioned is whether the gain will disappear once HA absorbs.

Optima... Does megafill still move around? Or is it normal.. When did it start to set.. Or does it..

Well if it is a graft, the new tissue should be stable in size, sounds more like an experimental procedure and you are the guinea pig. HA is quick at absorbing ( they will normal tell you it lasts for a certain amount of months, but that is them being optimistic, so it is absorbed quicker in real life) , if you don\'t see a change in size, there is a good chance you have had new tissue growth. If you have had new tissue growth, it is amazing in the sense you don\'t have permanent PMMA stuck in your Cock, though collagen only last for a certain amount of years, but still risk free.

I\'ll be going for that procedure come June I think any form of extra gain with megafill is worth it and way better than open Cut surgery The Dr\'s site says 80 percent of Korean men agree that\'s a good option .

I think it is a better than PMMA much less side effects/complications, but are the results permanent and is the Girth gain good enough. Plus, he really needs to lower the cost.

How do we know this for certain? We\'re not even fully aware of PMMA\'s safety profile (i.e. long term), not sure how we can begin to compare the two in this regard.
