TOPIC: Questions For the Board

Greetings all.

I\'ve spent a considerable amount of time reading the material on this site and I have a few observations and questions for y\'all.

I\'ve been considering PMMA for about 2 years but have still not gone ahead with anything. My basic stats are 6\" EL, 5.5\" EG, however I\'m quite small in the Flaccid state, so I\'m primarily interested in improving Flaccid length and Girth more than Erect length/Girth.

1. I recently read darkstaff\'s ordeal with PMMA and wondered if anyone is aware of any test that can be performed BEFORE having the product inserted into the penis, to see if an immune system response is likely (ie. rejecting the foreign material).

2. I also noticed a bit of a trend in the outcomes of more recent PMMA procedures compared to those of a few years ago and it seems that some of the more recent ones seem to have less benefit and more complications (ie. nodules, unevenness, etc). Any ideas on why this is the case? Is there anything in this or have I got it wrong? I noticed that New Plastic was used in the past but now its something else. Many of the threads talk about the percentages used but not the product. What does Dr. C in TJ use now?

3. What is the general consensus on the efficacy of temporary fillers? A few years ago I had high hopes for Macrolane but then many doctors discontinued this and I read that there were a few issues including that the product moves around and does not hold up well with the rigors of sex (ie. tends to bunch up at the base of the penis). I noticed that Avanti Derma talk about temp fillers on their site but I can\'t see any recent cases on this site. Obviously I\'m aware that the temp fillers will diminish over time and mostly likely be all gone within 18 months. Is there any good news with temp fillers?

4. What is the overall feeling about having ligs cut for Flaccid gains? I\'ve read quite a few posts here including some who have had the combo of ligs cut plus PMMA, but the results seem to vary. I\'m also not too sure whether the scrotal incision is the best method. Can anyone suggest any good doctors who have performed a substantial number of these operations, preferably a dr that is also a Urologist.

Finally, I live in Australia. Are there currently any ways for non-US users to make an anonymous donation to this site that doesn\'t involve bitcoin or creditcard?

I have very good gains on latest PMMA, but there are aesthetic issues. I have pretty large entry point Nodule and the base is quite a bit thinner than rest of shaft so it looks little weird. I have low spot behind glans as well. If you really want own Dick to look totally natural then I would not recommend PMMA especially since you already have good size. Try manual stretching to increase Flaccid length. If you are happy with Erect size you really shouldn\'t be having procedures done as you are much more likely to be unhappy with results. Good luck!

- No there isn\'t. His reaction was also delayed & not exactly allergic. What caused it couldn\'t be detected by an allergy test like they do for Artefill. His reaction happened months later.

- He uses 10% and 30% PMMA from Metacrill, made in Brazil. In the last year, the gains were not as big as in 2011-2012...however, this is just based on the people who report things on the board... so... who knows. The sample isn\'t perfect.

- HA fillers are bad in the penis and look weird. I don\'t know about macrolane. Radiesse would cost way too much since it is $550 for 1.5 ccs.

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question. I am a newbie to the board and trying to learn how to use the site.. This is a free site. There are no fees to use any parts of it. The cost of operation is paid for by the administrator and by member donations.
