I did some research and found that about the only doctor in the US that was doing teste implants that still left the existing testicles was Dr Elist.
Now I realize that Elist doesn\'t have the best reputation here, and perhaps for justifiable reasons. However, I was not having penile enhancements done (the nature of 99.999% of the concerns of his work).
Six days ago I had XL testicle implants surgery (silicone shells that surround the testes).
Pluses:
1. Having large testicles, but not a sack filled with fillers, just larger testes. Which is what I wanted.
2. Pretty uneventful recovery, just stayed in the hotel and at home for the six days, no problems. Swelling is going down each day.
3. Scrotal sack skin isn\'t pulled taught, but there is some room around the new implants.
Minuses:
1. The implants seem larger than I thought they were going to be, but I will get used to them being so much larger than the small size I had (testicular
Atrophy sufferer)
2. Implants feel harder than the original testes
3. There may be a ridge at the top of the silicone cell, but I\'ve not noticed it yet because my teste\'s are still pretty high and tight against my pelvis floor (perhaps due to the trauma).
4. Right teste is further forward than it was before, so the two
Balls aren\'t side by side parallel, but about 3/4\" offset.
My plan was to have my testicles done first, work with them to stretch the skin more. Then perhaps if penile enhancements have been perfected beyond the
PMMA procedures of the past year or so, consider penile enhancements.
