hmm went on the page and saw Dr. Abraham Kryger does anybody have any experience or heard of Dr. Abraham Kryger?

The Doc is just prescribing testosterone in the hope it will increase penis size, this works for prepubescent children but not so much for adults. I am on exogenous testosterone and have been PEing for about a year, cant say the test has made any difference at all, on the other hand as far as libido goes ,it works great.
