PMMA penile bioplasty are not well known, but it should also be noted that virtually every
Phalloplasty method you choose will run the risk of some type of infection both short and long term. With any elective cosmetic procedure, there are risks and you will have to accept that if you choose this route...the only silver lining is that in even some of the most major complications, no one ever really \"loses\" their penis (in the literal sense).
Your best bet is to start reading and practice patience (as in, don\'t feel the need to get something done right away, for all you know, you might decide against getting any procedure done). Good luck!
