Not sure brice. I will say that the blood serum looked rather thick when they brought it back from the centrifuge. Perhaps that\'s why he chose a larger needle. All I know is that all of the websites advertising this say they use a very small needle to inject the PRP plasma and mine wasn\'t. He did explain that he doesn\'t inject above midshaft because of the nerve bundles. There are many more nerves the closer you get to the glans.

I need to understand how this stays in the cc and cs, wouldnt flood flow just flush it out and into the body?, is there an Erection induced to close off the blood flow?

Good question Bullsnake... I wish I had an answer for you. One thing I noticed you said, is the CS... there\'s no injection into the CS, just CC.

Update... still no growth. Pumping everyday as the instructions said to do. I know it\'s still early, but I\'m an impatient man.

So I read on this last night Bullsnake... Supposedly, the theory here on how the PRP stays inside the CC, is this. Typically a platelet is small, smooth and almost invisible (clearish). When the blood is drawn and they add (I think) it was calcium carbonate, the platelets become \"activated\". By activated, there are branches of the platelets that reach out and grab on to the cells around it. This also provides us our clotting ability. Now it\'s hard to picture what I mean by branches reaching out, but think of it as something that goes from smooth like a BB, to something that looks more akin to a sticker burr. These \"burrs\" grab and clump forming a healing matrix. The theory is that these platelets will now begin a healing process that generates new cells, rejuvenates (not rebuilds) nerve endings, etc... This is supposed to help blood flow, etc.

I suppose that\'s where they theorize new size as well.... upon the building of new cells.

That\'s why I wanted to try this from the perspective of someone who already used a pump regularly. I was trying to discern whether the growth people claimed experiencing was simply from going from naught, to using a pump daily. We\'ll see... wish me luck

Just FYI there is no visible growth just a stronger Erection. I had a scar Revision done seems to help that. I\'m not a doctor but I also had 4 shots at different locations of the penis. And it hurts. I\'m used to the base shots. Better to do the shoots base and pump the penis for a few min. Just my thought... The treatment is not worth it don\'t waste your money..

One has to wonder if there may be other benefits (especially guys who are dealing with post-reconstructive procedures) other than gaining sheer size.

Crankshaft, were you told to do any penis pumping/exercises to maximize the potential of the gains? I\'m personally skeptical, but from talks with people I got the impression that if you wanted size you would commit to a pumping regimen with the injections to achieve maximum effect. Never personally believed it could yield anything significant, but that isn\'t to say that it can\'t yield some sort of other benefits.

I think the pirapus shot would give the best benefits if you got it very consistently over the course of at least a year (say every 3 months you get the shot), but Im no expert. I think if you combined the PRP shot withe the Chemical Pe (like what HONZEE did with Dr Adams), the results would be increased.

I don\'t think getting one or 2 shots would be that beneficial. It has to be done over a long period (despite the claimed 1\'\' gain after 1 shot, which is a bit \'out there\'

I am getting the shot this next wednesday, the 29th. I have peyronies like symptoms, with hard, fibrotic penile tissue all over the shaft and ED. I can\'t believe people go for this. It\'s a bit like the lengthening surgery. No matter how many reports of little to no gain we get, it still doesn\'t deter people from giving it a go, even if it costs thousands of dollars. The priapus shot has been around for years now and there have been loads of reports of various forums and I don\'t think anyone has gained anything. The only positive I\'ve heard of is temporary improvement in erectile quality and the odd report of scar tissue improving. I think those looking for size increases are wasting their money. I\'d even question the value of the other positive effects reported.

Hey Skeptical One... so I\'m sure there\'s some benefit somehow, someway. As I mentioned, erectile quality was certainly better for right around 2 months. I have to admit that was my primary intention, while hoping SOME size gain would come into play by proxy.I did continue my pumping, and the Dr. actually included a pump, but gains pre and post procedure were nil.

I\'ve seen lots of people claiming size, and that\'s why as a pumper I was curious if the gains were simply from using a pump when they hadn\'t previously.

I do believe there are some health benefits that could be achieved from this. Prior to the PRP injections, I had some red spots on the left side of my shaft, probably caused by early stages of pumping (before I knew what I was doing), and those completely diminished within 6 weeks of the PRP.
