I hope something will happen in chemical pe or stem cell / whatever withing the next 10 years. Therefore Im asking which Girth surgery would be best to do but still keeping all other options open for the future. (PMMA for example is not easily reversible)

Thanks,

By all standards, known complications (at the present moment), effectiveness, invasive-ness, recovery time, degree of realism/naturalness, and even cost considerations, PMMA is without a doubt the best Girth option - this is just my own personal opinion.

However, if its permanency (not easily reversible) is a deal-breaker, the next best option would be temporary fillers. Heck, some can make the argument that this is the best Girth option but where it doesn\'t compete well with PMMA is that 1) due to its temporary nature, \"cost considerations\" are important...you\'ll need to top off from time to time, and if that includes travel costs, you\'ll be at it for life to maintain your size, 2) there is little-to-no reporting on the web on how natural (both Flaccid and Erect) temporary fillers feel (this isn\'t as big of a deal imo, but worth mentioning). If you can deal with these 2 things, then temporary fillers are a great option. FFT is not bad either, though it can be much more invasive and when you lose gains, you may end up having some fat stay and some fat go, leaving a bumpy penis that requires intervention/ top -offs. These are my observations & opinions.

Good luck in your research. While some have reported success with other methods, you\'ll see that my opinion stems from not having been a big fan of procedures that are considerably more invasive (like Dermal Grafts and implants).
