TOPIC: what is recommended PE surgery for me?

hello everyone i am new here i just wanna know your suggestion or recomendation of having PE surgery


i have normal size of 3.8inch on length and 5inch in Girth when hard Erection it comes to 5.7inch on length.. i watched porn videos and i saw porn actors are really big there penises and i am dreaming to have what they have.. so i am asking for any suggestion of this will i can gain the size i am dreaming to gain 5 or 6inch in length and when i got hard Erection it will be come to 8inch or gain on size..and much more big in Girth

i dont do penis excercising but im thinking to try Penis Pump like bathmate just to try if this also will help to gain a new size.

thanks sir before i would like to undergo PE length to dr.elist but after i read many feedbacks about him...my trust to that doctor is gone.. and now i would go to other doctor to have my dream gain in length and also to my Girth...

is this a really permanent gaining of length by cut lig? then for Girth go to dr.c by using PMMA? im hoping to gain 1-2inch by length then gain upto 7 or 8inch for Girth

my doctor told me that Penis Pump is only good for Girth not length.... atleast not permanent. and to achieve some Girth using a vaccum pump u have to pump everyday for atleast 45 mins.

One has to wonder if those gains were possible without any surgery and were achieved by a stretching regimen alone...especially since many men on forums devoted to manual PE claim having done so. One has to wonder.

First off, I would say that I am not sure if you will gain 2.5\" in Erect length. I am sure it is possible that someone has experienced it, but I would think that it is highly unlikely. If you find a way to gain that much, please let me know because I want it too!

Not all women are built the same. You may have been hooking up with a larger than average vagina. I would not assess the adequacy of your Girth by a sexual encounter you had with a prostitute, or else you may never be \"big enough.\"
