Hello im new to the forum, and have read a lot a good info one here. Im almost 22 and I have been thinking about getting surgery to increase my Girth. Im 6 inches long almost 7 bone pressed. My problem is im only 4.6-4.8 inches in Girth. I want to be around 5.5.

What would the best option be price wise and safety?? Also does Girth surgery affect how hard your Erection is as well as sensation?? I also don\'t want to lose any length either.

Firstly, that\'s not a problem. You are a nice size, and volumetrically-speaking (L & G), you are arguably above-average. Your Girth is well within the healthy range. Now I\'m not here telling you whether your desire to achieve 5.5\" is normal or abnormal, but what I\'d like to point out is that you are young and most partners your age will find that size to be more than adequate. I know and I understand, and yes porn has really fucked me up. Its just that I have a few friends that really are well endowed (so im told by females they\'ve had sex with) and it seems like it would be badass. Girls, even more sexually open girls, talk about penis size in very basic shallow terms. They have no idea what size something is nor what a 7in or 8in penis actually looks like.
