TOPIC: Is this really all there is?

Its just hard for me to accept that this is the furthest we\'ve come with this. Given ALL the advances in technology with 3d printers and laser applications etc, there are only a handful of dangerous and questionable surgeries that can be performed to enhance a male organ?

Pretty Much.. Its not exactly at the top of everyones list on things to enhance our future.
