I was the same stats as you a couple of weeks ago and for me it has been worth it so far,although its only been a couple of weeks Although you will go through the \'i\'d rather have a small pretty penis phase than this unnatural looking thing\' in the first week, be warned!..it usually evens out as the swelling subsides and most guys here have had pretty natural looking results.But it is a risk, like you say, between a natural and small and a potentially unnatural look..although penis\'s DO come in all shapes and sizes so who\'s to say what is and what isn\'t.

Also to those with a noticeable ridge on the circ scar... use the same excuse as I posted and if they notice the ridge say that it is what it is... its the Circumcision scar and it reacted differently then the rest of the shaft due to the trauma (got thicker and more scar tissue is there) nbd.

John is right, a cover story is necessary. If its a girl I really like I will tell her when I first whip it out that I had a low-flow Priapism when I was younger (an intense Erection which lasts hours where a clot of some type causes more blood to flow in the penis then out causing intense pressure, and swelling... when it healed it healed way thicker than normal with scar tissue etc). I\'m 35, from Sydney, and was also under 5 inches in Girth. I saw Dr C in December.

I wouldn\'t say aesthetically my result was perfect - far from it - but it looks good enough and the extra weight in my pants is certainly worth it. I have complete confidence now to bury myself into a girl and know she\'s going to grab the sheets and arch her back. For some reason I also feel I can last longer, perhaps it\'s a general state of relaxation?

Many of the personal accounts on this forum have been thorough, with pictures to boot. And generally speaking, I believe the aesthetics have been very good. The one \"tell\" I think that is common though is the disproportionate size between the shaft and and glans. If I were trying to figure if I guy had PMMA (say in porn), that would be one of the ways I would do it.

when it comes to the visuals i wonder if some people just lie to themselves about their PMMA result or if they only have sex with woman who are absolutely braindead and cant get 1+1 together.

a normal penis doesn\'t have bumps or lumps or shit, it may be curved and that\'s it.

i don\'t have the time to search out the worst case of outcome of PMMA on our forums is there maybe someone can do that.
but maybe the worst cases haven\'t been reported probably.
