www.penisenlargementsurgeryinfo.com/penis-scaffold/

Have your guys seen this? If it really does reduce scar tissue it could prevent the lose of length in many surgeries.

Thoughts?

It\'s not new, it just marketing. I had scaffolds right to the base and when they dissolved scar tissue grew in the space.

All the scaffold is doing is what other surgeons use fat for. It just acts as a buffer to stop scar tissue reattaching the penis to the pubic bone. It\'s not a new idea, just a different material. It\'s still the same old procedure only with a different marketing angle, so they can get people to believe there has been some sort of \"advancement.\" It\'s just swapping fat for a biodegradable material. But you should email them to find out exactly what type of scaffold they are using, where it\'s from etc, so you can check that it really is FDA approved.

I had PLGA scaffolds right to the base and these took 6 months to dissolve, not 2 weeks. Yet as we sit here now I can easily feel all the scar tissue that his grown into the dead space.

As promised this is what they said in replay

\"We use an FDA approved Bio Degradable Tissue (scaffold) that is placed in the pubic region where the ligaments are cut. It prevents scar tissue when you are healing. It\'s idea because after lengthening you can stretch 3 days after surgery so you can get your inner penis out of the body very quickly. \"
