TOPIC: Dr. Gary Alter VS Dr Camacho

I was reading on Dr Gary Alter thread that he is one of the best surgeons. So my question is if he is so good why is it that almost everyone on here go for Dr Casavantes instead? is it because of the price or is it because Dr. Casavantes is better than Dr Gary Alter? if anybody can answer that for me please.....

Dr Alter doesn\'t do Girth enhancement.

He also lets his feelings about Phalloplasty get in the way of deciding to treating patients.

Do you mean Dr. Camacho?

Looking at the thread title suggests M2020 is right, he means Dr Comacho.

I think the main reasons a few guys have gone to Comacho is that he is much cheaper and uses the scrotal technique, which seems to leave a much better scar and means stretching can begin much earlier. However, the scrotal entry has be well known for many years, yet has never been adopted, not even by the guy who introduced it (Dr Whitehead). Given it\'s obvious benefits, it seems odd to me that no one in the US or Europe seem to use this approach and there has to be a good reason.
