I too have had the
FFT. Am at 1.75 years post op. My retention was about .25 as well. Man the swelling really gets you optimistic, doesn\'t it ? I am in the process of documenting my
FFT journey. I actually had it half done and this POS laptop went wacko and deleted the entire 30 minutes of what I had typed so I slammed it shut and will start over when I get home from vacation. I too am looking closer and closer at the
PMMA path. It seems these gains are more for your money. I had the MISL and
FFT at same time and am about $6500 into
FFT procedure. If I woulda come across
PMMA, I may have went that route but I don\'t remember seeing it when I researched everything. Live and learn boys. Look fofr a new post by me in the near future in
FFT progress report.
ZXCDSA....thank you for sharing your experience !!
FYI, I also ended up with a couple/few small hard lumps after the
FFT. Took about six months but they did appear. One is near my glans and nfot noticeable except to me and the other nodules are at the base of my penis and are really not noticeable either. Either way, they are not going to go away unless removed by your surgeon. Based on the little
FFT that I retained, I don\'t feel it is worth the cost.
PMMA seems to be a better \"bang for the buck\". I have a $1K second stage fill available but think it may not be worth the investment if I were only to retain another .25\". I also am not a \"fat retainer\" which I think plays a large role in how well/much
FFT is retained. As mentioned, when I get home from vacation, I will document my
FFT journey.
