Thanks for the Logical advice, hoddle 10, miracle7.5x6, pmmapossibly, notsureyet82. & sorry for the late response to your replies on this thread.

I\'m still feeling probably irrational & overly optimistic about how things could turn out. I want to move forward with PMMA or Bella. But, fortunately this great site has given me an outlet to express feelings on this which I think has helped me take more time in making a decision.

Thanks guys!

I agree the PMMA is way too experimental at this stage, for me anyway.. Also the cost of going back 2-3 times or more equals out in price.

But, upon my research of grafts, I\'ve found that grafts have been used successfully in many other reconstructive & cosmetic surgeries. I did find that there are some concerns with re-aborption but, there also seems to be success stories as well. But, of course the data on grafts for PE is very limited. I\'m sure there are some guys out there who are NOT happy with their graft then, I think maybe there ARE happy guys out there also. Maybe they just don\'t want to write about their PE & wanna keep it their secret. Seems like DR. R has been making a good living for years doing this & continues to do them. And I couldn\'t find any malpractice law suits against him.. Who knows?..

bones wrote: Hi everyone, I\'m new to the forum, been lurking for a few weeks. I have read through many of the threads about both Belladerm & PMMA. I have been considering Belladerm w/ Dr R for sometime. Until recently seeing post here about PMMA which sounds like a decent option, except one story I saw about Lymph node/ immunity infections. And the idea of having to go to Mexico for this sounds a bit out of my comfort zone, considering the horror stories you here about surgery in Mexico. Still leaning toward Dr. R.. I only see a few dissatisfied with Dr. R here but, suppose he has many happy customers.? Any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated. Thx

Here\'s the thing about grafts: Over time the graft will probably shrink up, causing your manhood to be shorter. Not only that, but you might get a year or two out of the graft before it dissolves. There may be some graft left, but it will be insignificant, especially for the money and pain that you\'ve endured from surgery.

And PMMA? That\'s a disaster waiting to happen. I\'m sure I\'ll receive 10 more angry private messages from people who\'ve recieved PMMA, but I could care less. DON\'T GET PMMA! If you want to have a Dick for the rest of your life, don\'t get PMMA. If something were to ever go wrong with PMMA, it will cost at least 10 times more than gettin\' PMMA injections to have it removed, and that\'s a very conservative number. Not only that, but the scar tissue left over from the surgeries will absolutely devastate your junk.

PMMA is no different than silicone other than different ingredients. If you wouldn\'t get silicone injected in your junk (who in their right mind would?) why in the hell are people gettin\' PMMA?

We all want a bigger Dick...that\'s why we\'re here. Unfortunately, penis enhancement causes you more problems than you ever had before undergoing PE. It sucks having a small Dick...believe me, I know, mine is tiny. I\'ve posted that mine is 5 inches long with 4.75 Girth but, in reality, I embellished a little. It\'s really only 4.25 inches long and not even 4 inches in Girth. And I will not undergo PE surgery because it\'s not worth the pain and problems that come with PE surgery.

Lookingforanswers sorry to hear but, it sounds like you still have your Girth? but, it moved around looking bumpy.

I asked DR R \"What if the stitching pops?\" told me that he does a lot of stitching of the Belladerm to the outter erectile layer to keep it in place. I wonder if your Dr. didn\'t take the time to do enough intricate stitching to keep it in place..? I\'m just trying to understand how Belladerm may work or not work...

Hopefully you get what I am saying, the Belladerm didn\'t just dissapear or anything, it just moved out of place causing everything to look very terrible on top of the nodules that formed. Again that is just my experience.

I\'m wondering if Dr.C is capable of somehow numbing the penis so there is no chance for it to move during an Erection? But then again, with PMMA I don\'t know if the doctor tries to keep the patient from getting night time erections since it is a whole different material? Any of you guys know what the protocol for the PMMA patients are as far as night time erections?

Erections aren\'t a problem for those who have gotten PMMA. When it comes to PMMA, you really can\'t compare it to other procedures before & after the procedure, mostly because it is bioplasty, not surgery.

Hi lookingforanswers, Sorry to hear about your complications & results. When you say your \"results went to crap in less than 48 hours.\" What exactly happen? I mean, if Belladerm sheets were installed than it couldn\'t have absorbed in 48 hours, could it? You mention \"tissue\", which \"tissue\" was used? Was it a \'dermal graft\'? Also, which Dr. did your surgery? I\'m just looking for answers also. Thanks!

I have had the surgery using tissue instead of PMMA Bones. I didn\'t use Dr.R, but my results are unbelievably horrible, not sure if that is the case with Dr.R. I was really excited after my procedure and I thought things were going to be fine. The next day I wake up and my results went to crap. I can\'t remember where I on the forum that I saw one of the surgeons was possibly using botox after the surgery to keep the penis from Turtling or something to avoid complications. I think that might have been Dr.C, but I believe if there was a way to possibly numb the whole lower body after the enlargement procedure that the results would be so much greater. I believe the nightime erections are maybe what have killed some of my results. I don\'t remember having a nightime Erection after the procedure, but I don\'t understand how my results could go to crap in less than 48 hours? The problem is it\'s not like you can constantly stay awake looking and trying to feel for if you are getting an Erection, lol.

hmmm.. again sorry to hear.. Has your graft hardened at all? I heard some say hardening of the graft happened to them.

I asked the Dr. about the size of the sheet thickness because he mentioned he would use thicker sheets on me. Maybe this is a new option..? I suppose a thicker sheet would last longer if absorption is happening.

I\'m also wondering if peoples bodies react differently to the grafts, maybe some absorb more than others..? I also heard pumping helps vascularize the graft but, not sure if that means it could absorb quicker or become part of your body better for surviving.

We should maybe look at the statistics of Belladerm used in common cosmetic surgery procedures..

I know I had two sheets, but I\'m unsure of the thickness. At the time there was no discussion about any choice of thickness. I didn\'t have an incision below the glans either, which I know some people who have had Belloderm have.

In terms of absorption I can\'t think why it would make any difference how thick the sheets are. It might just mean it takes longer to absorb. When I had it done I was able to speak to a couple of guys who had surgery with Dr R a couple of years before me and they were both still happy. But then again, he\'s hardly going to put me in contact with his unhappy patients.

To be honest I\'m unsure how I feel about the surgery. Until a couple of weeks ago I was happy, as I though I was disappointed to only gain 0.5\", when Dr R told me to expect 1\", it was still a big difference and I thought I could always go back and have more. But now I\'ve lost some more it\'s shown me that it is still shrinking and therefore why should I think it wont all absorb in the coming years? At the moment I\'ve got to say I feel pretty anxious as it seems reasonable to assume that sooner or later I\'m going to end up at my old size, having gone through surgery, having beaten an infection and paid a lot of money all for nothing. If I knew back then I\'d only gain 0.4\" I don\'t think I\'d have done it. I think I\'ll wait another year and if I haven\'t lost anymore I\'ll think again about having more graft.

Thanks for sharing, pmmapossibly. Sorry to hear about your losses. I \'am very concerned about seeing my gain$ shrink.

Do you know how thick the Bellderm graft Dr R installed was? 2mm or 3mm & one or two graft sheets layers?

Since I have been a long time pumper I guess I have some extra skin. Dr R is recommending I get 2 graft sheets @ 3mm thick each = 6mm thick. In my consultation, Dr. R told me he was more conservative a few years ago when he started using Belladerm & was using the 2mm thick sheets like the Alloderm.

I had Belloderm with Dr R in summer 2010. Dr R was great and always helpful, as was Cleo. But overall I\'m not sure I\'d recommend the surgery.

The recovery is a bitch and combined with the cost I don\'t think it\'s worth it for the gains. I was actually very close to booking in for a second graft, but have changed my mind. The reason for this is that I thought my Girth had stabilized as it had been consistently the same for 8 months, but a couple of weeks ago I measure and had lost a further 0.1\". This means over 2 years later I only gained 0.4\", which for the money and risk, I don\'t think is worth it.

I was considering PMMA when I joined here, but am still not convinced that it\'s the right option for me. As I said, I\'d since decided to get another Belloderm graft, as I thought I\'d my last procedure has stabilized and I was left with a permanent 0.5\" gain. But now it\'s shrunk more and I wouldn\'t be surprised if it was all gone in a couple of years, so there seems no point in having another graft.

I don\'t know what to do. I\'m 5.2\" in Girth now, so I guess it\'s best not to roll the dice again. But when I first had the Bello I was 5.8\" and it felt great being that size.

Glad to hear, richard. From what I\'ve read you seems totally satisfied w/ Dr. R\'s work. I\'ve read some of the other post about absorption experiences, I\'am concerned about going through all trouble & $$ to see it absorbed but, the idea of going to Mexico for a cosmetic procedure seems crazy after seeing several stories in the News about botched surgeries in Mexico. But, mostly concerned about the health effects of PMMA being injected in the body.

I saw how many pointed that there is a lack of track record w/ Dr. R\'s results. I would imagine Dr. R must have done hundreds of surgeries to stay in business for so long. I also can imagine many guys probably dont talk about it. I mean, if a guy gets his pecker done with Dr. R and is happy with his New pecker why go online to talk about it & reviews?

I appreciate all advice, comments, insights, support. Thanks guys
