TOPIC: pmma and std's

what do you guys think about PMMA and std\'s, i dont know much about std\'s at all, but im imagining if you get a sore of some type right on top of the PMMA thats just asking for trouble, dont you think?. surely it would lead to complications with healing of the sore. I feel the risk of even oral sex without a condom is asking for trouble with a PMMA penis. what do you guys think?

I was not aware that I had HPV until I had a vasectomy last Friday. I have 4 very light brown spots near the base of my shaft that are about 1/16th of an Inch in diameter. According to my Urologist that is caused by a specific strand of HPV and even though there isn\'t any test to prove it, I am taking his word for it. I called Dr. C to ask if this would interfere with my PMMA process and he said NO absolutely not that it was nothing to be concerned about and wouldn\'t negatively affect the procedure in any way. He went on to say that even people with Herpes can have the procedure as long as there are no outbreaks/blisters present at the time of the procedure.If you have an STD and are considering the procedure you should definitely call Dr.C or whoever will be performing the procedure and make sure that it will be ok to proceed. It is better to be safe than sorry!!!

Yes, i was thinking of any type of std really. i would mainly like to know about wether you tihink the PMMA could hinder a recovery of an std outbreak?? Because if you get an std arent there open sores?? how would the PMMA beneath the sore afffect its recovery?.

I\'m more concerned about going to get STD tested. A Flaccid PMMA penis is extremely obvious. Has anyone gone in for testing and how did you address the obvious unnatural penis when getting tested?

Beta, my thoughts are doctors have seen just about everything so an enhanced penis is unlikely to phase them.

And even if it did, there is nothing illegal about it and doctors are under oath not to identify you in discussion with anyone else.

Is it really that \"extremely obvious\" when Flaccid? I thought from what others have said that is it a little more firm, but not particularly unnatural or would scream \"something\'s not right here\". Maybe I am mistaken.

I had 30% and after the touch up this month I don\'t think it would be \'extremely obvious\' at all...but I wont know for sure for a couple months when healing is complete.
