I don\'t think lengthening surgery is very, if at all, effective for
Erect gains. However, if you are after
Flaccid gains then it is actually usually pretty effective. By releasing the ligament the penis literally drops down from the pubic bone and thus is instantly longer in the
Flaccid state. However, when
Erect the penis points either upwards or straight out, so the gains seen from cutting the ligs are nullified.
But be ware that often surgery leads to more problems than it does good. If you have bad scarring it can make you even more conscious than before surgery. Also it is possible for the ligs to reattach and make the penis even shorter. Then of course there are things like infection and some guys have reported constant pain at the base of their penis following surgery that never went away.
So whilst
Flaccid gains tend to be pretty good and easy to achieve, their are still risks involved, so unless it really is a major issue for you, then I\'d be inclined not to have the surgery if I were you. For most guys I just say straight out \"don\'t do it\" as, they are usually after
Erect gains, which I personally don\'t think this surgery aids.
