Yes, I have PMMA, and I realized as soon as posted that comment that it\'d probably come up. Obviously I know Necrosis is possible with PMMA, and didn\'t meant to down play that.

The point I was wanting to make is that Thai Oil isn\'t new, but has never become a wide spread option because its not a realistic option. Its gimmick at best, it provides size, but without much physical function, its alike to saline or massive silicon injects into penises. Theres a reason it frequently makes appearances in alt tranny thai porn.

I also understand for most sakes and purposes a filler is a filler, but to me the obvious big issues are the initial response your body has to the substance, the ongoing and long term response your body has to it, the delivery method/carrier and technique, and the aesthetic and physical feeling response. All the known fillers have pros and cons or unknowns in these aspects, I personally feel PMMA has the best, and is also one of the few that has a history of non-penile use which is good for scholarship.

doesnt it increase blood flow? i thought the body reacts to the solution and creates collagen tissue. if more tissue is generated, blood flow must increase...

I\'ve met Dr. Sava Perovic and know his US case manager Richard Rothaas very well. Dr. Perovic was an excellent surgeon and was well known for his peyronie\'s expertise and experience in transgender men. He used biodegradable PLGA scaffolds for Girth enhancement and Ligamentolysis for length gains. The oil used forms fibrous tissue and is not something I would advise. I discussed these procedures with Dr. Perovic before opting for Dr. Paulo Egydio for my peyronie\'s procedure as he was the pioneer. Both are excellent urological surgeons and Dr. Perovic\'s passing is a very unfortunate event. He battled cancer for some time but was one of the most compassionate and skilled surgeons in the field.

I should have suggested to read to the bottom of the page. The oil sounds interesting. I couldnt find anything on the internet about the thai performers or anything. Maybe someone who has been to Thailand can shed some light on that. Strange that you would have to massage the product for several months. Sounds like a lot of work.

@Olafspo it\'s not the scaffold procedure. The same guy who worked as Perovic\'s case manager runs Medical Tourism in Thailand. So people often assume that it has something to do with Perovic. The Thai procedure I believe involves some sort of oil injected. I\'m not sure what it is.

No filler but Scaffolds. Google Dr Sara Perovic and Scaffolds and you will get a lot of info.

Perovic was ( he died last year ) considered as a pioneer and expert in Phalloplasty. From all my research in the past I did not find a good sucess report of his procedure ( He cuts the skin around the beginning of the glans, pulls it back, inserts scaffolds (( look like big froot loops )) and pulls the skin back. Lots of people had complications and often I read that after the scaffolds dissolved, they had no gains at all.

The process used by them should be the PLGA scaffold.
The pioneer of the application of this technique was Sava Perovic.
Unfortunately, Sava died of cancer.
Due to the Sava Tues lished a great surgeon and pioneer, and eventually became a species of certificate of quality issued by physicians who were trained by him.
PLGA is being practiced by most physicians specialized and focused area of the urology / andrology. ( when implanted in the penis)
PLGA has been widely used in other areas of regenerative medicine as well.
It is a biodegradable product, it means that he served only mold to grow tissue after 6 months, the scaffold is absorbed by your body naturally, by hydrolysis.

I found the Thailand site very confusing, it seems they only manage to put people in touch with their surgeon?

In the case of PLGA. - Foundation Sava and their medically trained.
Example: Dr Rados Djinovic (Belgrade), Dr. Kim (Korea), etc. ...
