TOPIC: Penoscrotal Webbing Surgery

Over the past three years or so I\'ve been stretching, Jelqing, pumping, Hanging, and Clamping my way to a bigger Dick. I had some success. Unfortunately, with the gains and additional skin came the dreaded turkey neck.

I am wondering if anybody here has information relating to Penoscrotal webbing surgery. I am considering taking the plunge and will update this thread as I go along. Attached is an image of the gobbler itself.
