TOPIC: Lengthening surgery with Scaffold, only Dr Alexander Krakovsky can do it?

Recently I found the website: max****size, and Dr Alexander Krakovsky said that only he can do Lengthening surgery, which will prevent any scar tissue formation from appearing while healing. Has someone such experience with lengthening with scaffold? And the before-and-after photos are real or not? And for the lig cut, is it 100% safe? Which doctors are best in world? Dr. A** K**?? I posed a question to several phalloplastic surgeons in the USA months ago, including him, and the answers provided by his entourage (his salesmen, he wouldnt bother answering anything directly, not even questions that required a medical practitioner to give you a more accurate answer) seeemed to me as the least honest of them all. In my opinion, his \'office\' is just a set up to get your money. He indeed may do the ligament cut surgery, like many others. Whether he has been a good one in so doing, it has yet to be shown.

Its a shame that doctors are out there lying & telling patients what they want to hear about their penis & what they can possibly do.

Its one thing to get scammed buying a fake diamond or being ripped off on a property but to screw up a mans penis is the lowest of the low.

It would be like a woman going in for implants to get D cups & coming away with a disfigured penis or smaller boobs.

The safest & greatest results for a penis surgery isnt here yet & probably wont be for another 10 years.

For some reason, MOST PE Dr\'s forget their sworn duty that they announced when the got their licenses.....later on, They go for the money and in many cases, as we have seen on this site and other site, they ruin men\'s lives...I still can not imagine why these Dr\'s still can practice and why are the laws \"seem\" to be on their side.
