I have be doing manual
PMMA on and off for about a year now and have gained about an
Inch from it. My routine is I hang for about 30 min w/ weights in morning, then ADS while at work, come home workout, hang again, then leave ADS on at night. I do this 3 to 4 times a weeks. I am going to get
PMMA and I was wondering how long should I wait after round and or will
Hanging and stretching interfere with
PMMA results?
