If you undergo a procedure such as PMMA, Silicone Injection, Implant, or any other procedure, and if you later discover that you are infertile due to obstruction in sperm transport or varicocles, will you be able to have the surgery required to correct this? This would be a topic of interest to young unmarried men who want to have children some day but are considering penis enlargement without knowing their fertility. /e (such as myself)

Hi Insight, you will be able to have the surgery required to correct the cause of infertility e.g Varicocele if you had penile girth enhancement before, the surgical site for Varicocele is away from the penile shaft (in the lower part of the abdomen) :-

Thank you smartman - have not had any procedure as of yet, but this thought occurred to me \"well what if i did this and discovered i needed surgery for infertility\" but from what youre saying and in the article, it appears that surgeries to correct sperm transport systems and varicocles are done through the abdomen and this avoids contact with the dermal layers where any kind of Girth enhancement would take place.
