I am Med 26 years old , a virgin Arab guy who begs for help and guidance .

I have very thin penis ;

FG : 3.5

EG : 4.4 !

Obviously my major problem is my Girth, it has been very depressing and this depression has started from the early puberty and continues until this moment , i am 26 years old virgin i cant look into any girl eyes bcuz i have no confidence at all particularly toward women , having GFs and sex have not been an option for me .

have some questions about sex in general and other Qs about possible surgeries

You are NOT very thin. Depending on what stats you look at, you are at worst slightly below average.

You can definitely please a woman with your current size, and if your wife is also a virgin (or inexperienced), there is even more reason to believe your Phallus is of sufficient size. You will only allow your state of mind to effect the quality of sex, not your size. You are volumetrically (speaking) adequate for normal sex. I think what you said is logically right and as you said i think that my problem is more psychological and should try sex first and see the outcomes of this experience before i try to look for some virtual solution for ( i hope ) a virtual problem .

Positives :
