I think I already know the answer, it depends.

But the question is, do complications from various procedures have any association with the amount of gain that one tries to achieve? For instance, trying to get more Girth through PMMA giving a higher probability of complications. Or one who insists on more grafting than is recommended to gain more?

Any type of procedure on the penis will result in a complication. It might be a minor complication, or a terrible complication. If you\'re thinking about PMMA, then I suggest reading everything there is to read on PMMA on this board. Complications look minimal in the short-term, but long-term results are not known. I\'ve talked to several plastic surgeons and Dr\'s, and they said that if you had to have PMMA removed from penis, it would take at least 5 operations to have it fully removed. Each operation would cost thousands. PMMA is a serious operation, that could potentially have SERIOUS consequences on your manhood.

Yes, the more material you put in your penis, the higher the likelihood that something will go wrong. IMO, if you can live with your current size, then just leave your penis alone, unless you have proper monetary funds in case something goes wrong.

I think that is a good point, but at the same time, we should keep in mind that all the money in the world wont make a difference with many of the problems associated with penis enlargement procedures. Scarring, for example, can\'t be paid off. As you say, it\'s good to have money in reserve, in case it\'s needed for reconstruction, but no one should think that that complications can be resolved by paying for more and more surgery (i know that isn\'t what you were saying.) A lot of the time there simply isn\'t anything that can be done. One guy had such a bad infection that his pubic bone had to be removed.

Also I don\'t think anyone should consider having PMMA removed. Specific lumps can be targeted, by trying to remove it all would be a very bad idea.
