I\'ve basically completely decided on getting my first PMMA procedure early this summer, and as part of my research and or thinking I decided to visualize what my unit would look like at different girths. I was interested in seeing how the proportions and ratios would work out, especially since I usually consider myself to have smaller glands (I guess I really don\'t, it just doesn\'t really get very big until I\'m very very hard) and I was wondering how much Girth I could aesthetically gain. I figured I share as it ended up being an interesting graph seeing how the Girth builds up.
My current measurements are around 19.5cm X 12cm. As you can see my penis looks incredibly skinny due to my length and my hour glass taper. You can see the incredible different even 5.5\" would be if it solved my inwards taper which seems as PMMA can easily do.
The measurements are for MSEG.
The top row is with a more tapered shape to my glands, while the bottom row (not photoshoped as well I got lazy) is with a more consistent Girth and a PMMA-esque ridge.
In my opinion I could carry up to 6.5\" without really losing the proportions I like, as I am a big man with big legs and thighs I think a more meaty or built penis is complimentary. In real life I\'d probably be happy sitting between 6.0-6.5\", as I don\'t want to run into diminishing sexual returns.
Of course these images are representative of a very good PMMA result with either a slight taper or no taper, with no buildup at the circ-ring, or a slight one. I don\'t really find the circ-ring ridge unattractive until the extreme girths as long as it didn\'t have irregularities. Sort of gives it a pseudo-uncut look which is okay.

That\'s pretty cool, if I had some photoshop skills I would try this too. You got a lot of length that will really help accommodate the Girth aesthetically. But like you noted yourself, these photos are not truly representative so if you decide to get Girth, stage it for best results. You may even find that 5.5\" may suit your unit well as opposed to a thicker Girth. my 2cents, good luck with your Summer appointment!

This is a great idea!!! You can see what it would look like before hand. Just my opinion but I think 6.5 and 7 might be a little too big for the size of your head. 6 looks wicked!
