TOPIC: Is this possible?

I am having my first session of PMMA in a couple of weeks.

I am going to push for 20cc @30%.

Current stats are 6.5\" EL x 5\" EG.

The question is, is it possible to get to 6.5\" EG after 4 sessions? If I was to have 20cc each session.

Sure it is possible, but not guaranteed. Results seem to vary. Some guys may only need 2-3 sessions, while others may need more.
The problem with this approach, however, is that it is greatly jeopardizing aesthetics, especially @ 30%! Unless you are the type who truly doesn\'t care about aesthetics (those are truly far & few), you may want to reconsider this rather high frequency & concentration.
May I ask, why so adamant about 30% on a first session? I can tell you with near certainty that Dr. C is not a fan of it, so I\'m not sure why anyone else would be. 30% is good for padding the base on 2nd or 3rd rounds, but really pretty much the extent of it. The higher the concentration, the greater the likelihood for irregularities.

I will also take the time to remind members that the doctor\'s opinion should be greatly considered. There is a reason he doesn\'t want to overfill.
Staged approach has purportedly been more effective with modern FFT, and I can see it being just as (if not more) effective for PMMA. Besides, the process is not easily reversible, so be sure you know the pros & cons of any approach you decide to take.

Aesthetics I really am not concerned about. I have a large dent with scars from Alloderm 10 years ago... While it does not look pretty it does not cause a problem with the function.

Better to have a huge ugly cock.....lol!

Pardon me, I\'m so used to referring to Dr. C (for the obvious reasons). I\'m aware that the European counterpart is more likely to use 30%, but I\'d like to reference Dr. C in this regard - his vast experience (especially in the past year) with penile bioplasty makes him an expert in a specialty with so few real \"experts.\" I\'d definitely take his \"philosophy\" on the matter into serious consideration.
I\'m curious to know about if the doctor in Prague is familiar with Dr. C\'s approach (and to what extent). It\'s common knowledge around these forums that Dr. C has had to refine his own method over time because a significant increase in procedures has given him better insight on what works and what does not work (mostly methodological). I\'m only hoping these bioplasticians keep in touch with each other so that their patients can get the best results.
