Though I haven't stated it in forum rules, I'd kindly ask members to be more specific in their thread titles. Like for example "How big can one go with PMMA?" instead of "PMMA" would be nice.
You can go as far as your genetic predisposition to the collagen process + the doctors willingness can go. Which is usually like 2" on the high-end if you are lucky.
